The history of Borgobrufa SPA Resort is that of a love, an old-fashioned love that is still going strong, even after 40 years of marriage. Andrea and Ivana Sfascia are, in fact, the spark that gave rise to the spirit and the soul of what was once a small dream shared by them both.

Nature at Borgobrufa SPA Resort is particularly fascinating, especially its iconic and omnipresent vineyards, whose colours create unforgettable spectacles and give life to precious fruits such as Burgus. Burgus is a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet sauvignon, with an intense and fresh fragrance after a brief period in the barrel.

POGGIO BELVEDERINO
Drinking a wine means absorbing a history, a territory, and very old traditions. It is with this culture and respect that we have created our Poggio Belvederino, a blend of Incrocio Manzoni and Trebbiano an elegant and fascinating white that is perfect for hors d’oeuvres and light first courses.

LE GOCCE DEL BORGO
Olive oil is nature’s most precious product, and as such it deserves respect, culture, and knowledge. This is why we place all our unconditional love into the research and quality control of our olives, to create our Extra Virgin Olive Oil called “Le Gocce del Borgo”. An experience to be enjoyed so you can taste the authentic taste of Umbria.

COOKING CLASSES
A precious occasion to get to know new recipes and to learn the tricks of the trade. The options are numerous: from the “Fresh hand-made pasta” course, in which you can learn to make 4 types of fresh pasta – tagliatelle, umbricelli, gnocchi and ravioli, combined with 4 different ragout sauces, to “Classic Italian Cuisine”, a full menu with recipes of classic Italian tradition.

But first and foremost, “Tradition menus in Umbria”, a course that will teach you to prepare a 4-course menu, from hors d’oeuvres to dessert, with typical local recipes.

The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are connected by underwater sliding gateways and offer whirlpool benches and dens, upstream swimming, relaxing water jets and water massage for the cervical spine, back and legs. Just surrender to the water as you watch the sun set over Perugia.

OUTDOOR POOL
Open from May to September, it is located next to the Summer bar. Enjoy a refreshing dive amongst olive trees, surrounded by wide green spaces with lounge chairs and deck chairs for relaxing moments outdoors.

AEMOTIO SPA
A warm water bed, personalized chromotherapy, and a warm threadlike rain. Contact our SPA to discover which treatments are to be experienced in our Aemotio SPA.

SALT BATH
A fascinating purifying bath and relaxing float. In the lake, the high concentration of salt helps your body float, cradled by chromotherapy and underwater music therapy. The journey continues as you relax in the salt area, where clouds of saline steam improve your breathing and clear your mind.

TREATMENT POOL
This space was conceived for activities in warm water, from a relaxing treatment to water gym. This pool can be booked in combination with the “Acqua e Fiori” Private SPA.

VITARIUM
Temperature 45°C – Humidity 25%. Intense heat and mild steam, together with natural essences, calm, meditative music, and multi-colored lighting have a positive influence on the nervous system, freeing it from stress.

STEAM BATH
Temperature 40/50°C – Humidity 90%. Essential oils and herbs dissolved in the steam, the combination of humidity and heat, allow the body to relax and reduce muscle tension. The hot steam penetrates the tissues, increasing blood circulation to all organs. Thus begins a healthy and beneficial process that concludes with skin purification.

NATURE SAUNA
