Casa Fantini/Lake Time integrates with careful ancient and contemporary balance. It consists of two lake front buildings – the first of the nineteenth century, the second of new construction – which bind to the natural environment with extreme delicacy and harmony.

Casa Fantini/Lake Time is an adulation of the centuries-old history of the place, with which it constantly dialogues. The artisan tradition of wood, stone and metal meets a wide and modern use of the glass surface, which opens onto a spectacular view of Lake Orta.

The contemporary design of Casa Fantini/Lake Time is combined with the bright green of the garden, onto which the large windows overlook.

LOCATION
Immersed in the charming village of Pella, on Lake Orta, easily accessible from Milan, Turin and Novara, Casa Fantini/Lake Time is the place to savor the pleasure of simplicity, away from everyday life.

ROOMS
The elegance of the eleven rooms is restored by the neutral shades of the furnishings; the wood contrasts beautifully with chrome and glass, heating the interior. From the terraces, a gentle breeze enters and the light of the lake invades the spaces.

SUITE
The two suites of Casa Fantini/Lake Time entirely occupy the first and second floors of the ancient building. Wood, stone and contemporary design deliver sophisticated hospitality to large and airy spaces.

The blue glasses, which at sunset reflect the colors of the lake, project the external landscape into the room. The common thread of water – an element in which Casa Fantini/Lake Time is inextricably linked – guides the design of each bathroom, transforming the room into a Spa Room.

PRESTIGE ROOM
The four Prestige Rooms are located on the second floor of the new building. Each has a small lounge with sofa and armchair, where you can enjoy the view of the lake, which amplifies the interior spaces thanks to the large windows.

Inside the bathrooms, designed in detail to offer maximum comfort, the Fantini mixers and the Effegibi Turkish bath make the rooms real Spa Rooms, where each guest can try a specific scenario.

SUPERIOR ROOM
The five Superior Rooms are located on the first floor of the new building. Each has a furnished terrace, which pleasantly communicates with the internal environment through the large windows.

The bathrooms are set up with the best of Made in Italy design, for refined solutions that make each room distinctive, thanks to the high technical and aesthetic quality.

THE RESTAURANT
The Casa Fantini/Lake Time restaurant is conceived as a welcoming dining room, in wood and local stone. The chef Paolo Bullone entertains the guests of Casa Fantini/Lake Time with seasonal menus capable of enhancing the local specialties and the Italian culinary tradition in expertly orchestrated dishes.

Each dish proposed at Casa Fantini/Lake Time is scrupulously cared for by Chef Paolo Bullone and his collaborators: starting from the madeleine served for breakfast up to the la carte menù that accompanies guests for lunch and dinner, each of which requires long and perfect preparations, with very few ingredients.

Casa Fantini/Lake Time was born on water: the idyllic setting in which the building is set is Lake Orta, the most romantic of the Italian lakes, in the mountains of Piedmont. At the center of the lake, stands the island of San Giulio, on which the Basilica stands with its mystical impressions.
