Casa Palacio Maria Luisa is the only Grand Luxury Five Star Hotel that can be found in Jerez de la Frontera, CÁDIZ. Rogelio Albusac, chef of the hotel and of the T22 restaurant, has designed a gastronomic offer closely linked to the products of the area. At T22 you can enjoy a careful seasonal menu with products closely linked to the area and accompanied by a wine list where Jerez Wines play an important role.
An à la carte breakfast service, where you can enjoy different breads, pastries, the best Iberian sausages, homemade juices, fruit and a wide variety of hot dishes that you can enjoy on our porch.
The hotel has different function rooms for holding private events, whether for work or leisure. The Chef also prepares special menus, individually designed according to the needs of those attending these events.

Our chef, Rogelio Albusac, was in the kitchens of Acanthum, as head chef for 3 years of the first Michelin Star restaurant in Huelva, his hometown.
The concern to discover and learn other gastronomic cultures led him to broaden his experience in other countries such as Colombia and Cuba, where he highlighted his recognition and talent as he passed through the prestigious kitchens of luxury establishments.

WINTER
When the cold arrives in Jerez, in November, the well-known Jerez Zambombas begin. In the neighborhood of Santiago, in the “Tío José de Paula” rock or in any tabanco in the center, you will find a zambomba that will surprise you.
In December the city prepares for Christmas, the zambombas continue and the entire historic center is decorated with Christmas lights and decorations. Nor should you miss a classic, fun and exciting Cavalcade of the Kings, aimed at the enjoyment of children. The cold leaves this city with the wonderful Holy Week in Jerez.
A week full of feeling, Faith, intensity, smell of incense and orange blossom. Holy Week commemorates the passion, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and the Jerez Brotherhoods take out their images with great devotion and love. It is an artistic and ethnographic show highly recommended for everyone.
SPRING
When the flowers bloom, the city of Jerez prepares for one of the most important events of the year: the Feria de Jerez. Flamenco, ruffles, fine wine and lots of art.
The Feria de Jerez lasts a week and is held in the month of May, a meeting attended by millions of people, it is held in the González Hontoria park and you can enjoy a good flamenco show, with a glass of sherry and a Spectacular Iberian ham dish. Jerez also has its Bullfighting Fair, coinciding with the Horse Fair, in one of the best-known bullrings in the national territory.
The month of May also includes the Moto GP Grand Prix at the Jerez speed circuit, an event that fills the city for a weekend with bikers and fans of the world of mopeds and many meetings are held in different parts of the city town.
And, of course, the smell of orange blossom and jasmine that fill the streets of Jerez in spring, the horse-drawn carriages and the magnificent churches make Jerez a magical place and perfect for weddings.
SUMMER
With the arrival of the heat, the terraces of the city are filled with people who like to enjoy the good weather. The concerts begin, the live music while you have an aperitif and the round trip to the beaches of the Bay of Cádiz, which are only 15 minutes away.

FALL
With the fall of the leaves, the harvest season arrives in Jerez. The harvest of the grapes for the future production of Sherry wines arrives, and it is celebrated with the Harvest Fair, where you can taste different wines from the area, visit the best wineries in Jerez and learn a little more about the process of wine making.

THE SOUL OF VALDESPINO

170 YEARS OLD AND BETTER THAN EVER
‘La Guita’ was founded in 1852 and is the brand leader of manzanilla in Spain and has been part of Estevez group since 2007. Manzanilla is only produced in bodegas in Sanlucar de Barrameda, because only here you can grow this unique wine.
Visit our charming bodega – in fact, the building where our winery now is, was until the XVI century a hospital – and taste our manzanilla La Guita and several other manzanilla vintages.
