The living room of Chalet 1864, bathed in light and echoing the gentle sound of the river. Warmed by the open log fire in winter.

The Bedrooms
The Chalet has three main buildings. The former farm building has been converted into a garden level bedroom, the Chambre du Chalet. In what was previously the barn there is now the 110m² Suite Aravis, comprising of two bedrooms, a spacious living room with fireplace and a balcony.

The second building, Le Mazot, houses a bedroom with private terrace and an adjoining children’s bedroom. Located in the third farm building, two interconnecting bedrooms, including one with a private terrace, have been created: the Chambre du Charvin and the Grande Chambre du Charvin.

Suite Aravis
The elegant and refined Suite Aravis, situated in a former barn, is made up of two bedrooms, where harmonious materials merge with authentic wood. From the spacious living room, you can take in the stunning view over the Aravis mountain range and even spot some roaming chamois with binoculars.

Snuggle up in a cosy sofa by the fireplace and enjoy a cup of coffee or herbal tea from the bar next door. A collection of books is available to browse while the Bang & Olufsen sound system plays your favourite music.

The Suite Aravis room features include safes, hairdryers, thick bathrobes to snuggle into at the spa, slippers, and LE LABO toiletries. An IGN map of the area and books on local hikes are also available.

Grande Chambre du Charvin
Adjoining the Chambre du Charvin, the Grande Chambre du Charvin features a private terrace. From your bed, under a soft duvet, you might be able to spot some roe deers at dawn.

Charming and peaceful, romantic and elegant, spacious and cosy, this room casts a calming spell on guests and allow them to deeply relax.
A very comfortable room, it features a walk-in shower, small bath tub and a private lounge to relax.

It is spacious enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children and families have the added flexibility of booking both Chambres du Charvin as a two-bedroom suite.

Chambre du Charvin
The Chambre du Charvin, situated in the second building, pays tribute to the famous mountain range. Adjoining the Grande Chambre du Charvin, it offers a spectacular view over the valley and the mountain.

As warm and comforting as a cocoon, flooded with natural light, its simple sophistication makes it the perfect romantic retreat when snow covers the mountains.

Le Mazot
Le Mazot is an independent attic (“grenier”) next to the main building. Heritage, authenticity, natural materials and harmony are the main characteristic of this cosy space. With the soothing murmur of the nearby stream in the background, you will be able to unfold and deeply relax.

Le Mazot is a perfect family space, offering two separate bedrooms connected by secret stairs. Children enjoy having a little house to themselves while parents love the striking bathroom open on the master bedroom. For couples, the second room can be used as a cosy reading lounge.

Chambre du Chalet
The Chambre du Chalet is on the ground floor of the main building. Natural materials like wood and stone bring an authentic feel of understated elegance.

The bathroom, open on the bedroom, is a charming feature of the room. The window brings in floods of natural light and a offers a sweeping view of the Aravis mountain range.
