Charlotte Street Hotel is situated in the media neighbourhood just north of Soho. It is a minute’s walk from leafy Soho Square and the theatre district, within easy reach of the financial centre and is surrounded by some of London’s best bars, restaurants and cafes.

Designer Kit Kemp has used a ‘Bloomsbury Group’ theme throughout the hotel which features original art from the period and a mural in the brasserie reflecting scenes of ‘contemporary London life’.

World-class attractions, galleries and museums can be reached from the hotel’s central London location – including the British Museum, the Royal Opera House and Regent’s Park.

Each of the 52 bedrooms and suites at Charlotte Street Hotel are equipped with all the facilities expected of a deluxe hotel including WiFi , flat screen TV’s, iPod docking stations. All rooms have been designed in an individual style by design director and owner Kit Kemp in her fresh modern English style.

TWO BEDROOM SUITE
The hotel has one spacious Two Bedroom Suite, individually designed in a fresh modern English style. It comprises of a separate drawing room, two king size bedrooms, two bathrooms and powder room.

Each of the king size beds can be twinned. Bathrooms are beautifully designed in granite and oak and have separate walk-in showers and 2 basins. Both King sized beds can convert into twin beds. The sofas in the Drawing Room and bedroom are pullouts.

PENTHOUSE SUITE
This is a vast, stylish and luxurious open plan suite, featuring a king size bed that can be twinned. It is situated on the top (5th) floor of the hotel, is light and bright with views across the London skyline. The spacious bathroom is beautifully designed in granite and oak with an oversize walk-in shower/steam room, 2 basins and flat screen TV.

DELUXE JUNIOR SUITES
These are spacious with sitting areas and a king size bed that can be twinned. Overlooking Charlotte Street, they are individually designed in a fresh modern English style. Each is appointed with a writing desk, high speed wireless internet access, flat screen TV and DVD/CD player. Most bathrooms in granite and oak have separate walk-in showers, bathtubs and 2 basins.

AL FRESCO DINING ON THE TERRACE
The terrace at Oscar Bar & Restaurant is one of the best spots in London for alfresco dining, whether it’s a long lunch or an evening cocktail. Enjoy the sunshine as you sample dishes from our new menu, including summer garden salad, dry aged beef carpaccio, risotto verde with courgette, rocket and Parmesan shavings or yellowfin tuna.

Soak up the atmosphere as you enjoy refreshing cocktails like our Bloomsbury Spritz, with Hendrick’s, grapefruit bitters, rose water and soda or Eden, made with Grey Goose, Chase elderflower liqueur, pineapple, lemon and mint.

Try a selection of small plates from our bar menu, including Babaganoush with quinoa fritters and baguettini, garlic king prawns with coconut harissa or ponzu and honey salmon skewers.

THE AFTERNOON TEA
Charlotte Street Hotel is a chic place to have Afternoon Tea. It is served all afternoon and can be taken in the Oscar Bar and Restaurant or the beautiful Drawing Room.

Enjoy a selection of delicious finger sandwiches including tuna niçoise and courgette, olive and sundried tomato, as well as savouries including Dorset crab croquettes and an asparagus and hollandaise tart.

Indulge in sumptuous cakes like strawberry mousse cake and pistachio and raspberry tart, as well as our traditional homemade scones with clotted cream and preserves.

PRIVATE EVENTS & MEETINGS
Two of the hotel’s private event rooms are situated on the lower ground floor adjacent to the screening room. They are flexible in their format and can be transformed from a sumptuous private dining room to a boardroom or drawing room.

The private room on the ground floor is light and bright with windows and doors opening onto Charlotte Street. Christmas bookings are now available in a variety of spaces including exclusive festive screenings.
