THE HISTORY
Château Belmont, a historically significant establishment, welcomes you to a 17th-century building surrounded by a 2.5-hectare park. Once planted with renowned vineyards due to its south-facing exposure, the château served as a hospital during the war of 1870.
After the war, Baroness Tellier de Blanrier acquired the property in 1880 and had ceiling paintings for the salon. In 1885, the vineyards made way for apple trees that produced cider for over sixty years.
Subsequent owners, passionate about flowers, decided to transform the estate into a research facility for tulips. In 1987, Jean and Sophie Bardet opened a restaurant. Jean Bardet, a renowned chef, offered creative, gourmet, and refined cuisine.
In 2008, the AEGIDE group inaugurated its first hotel, giving life to Château Belmont. Discover this historically rich place where the elegance of the past harmoniously blends with modern comfort. CASTLE PRIVILEGE SUITE
The Château Belmont has 4 spacious Privilege Suites of 40 m² overlooking the park and located in the antique part of the Castle. They all have balconies – sunny terraces.
CASTLE JUNIOR SUITE
The Château Belmont has 4 Junior suites and 13 Rooms with comfortable accommodations. All our Rooms and Junior suites, twin or double, will make you enjoy your stay in an idyllic place and in a pleasant and romantic atmosphere.
RESIDENCE FAMILY SUITE
The 5 Family Suites in the residence at the Château Belmont offer you a stay in the heart of a modern and elegant decor. All rooms have their own kitchenette. The Family Suites all have an extra bedroom compare to superior rooms and junior suites.
THE RESTAURANT
The menu leads all epicurean people to the delights of a season cooking, delicious and sophisticated at the same time, that honours the terroir of Touraine. Double pleasure, in your plates, plus the enchanting scene of the 17th century antique property, that illuminates the majestic canopy.

On Sundays, July 9th and August 6th, come and enjoy Italian brunches on our terrace! We have carefully prepared an Italian buffet with a selection of authentic and delicious dishes, all in a dolce vita musical atmosphere.
THE TERRACE
Enchanting and magic place: the restaurant’s terrace offers a breathtaking view of the park and the building of the Castle, dating from the 17th century. The majestic canopy illuminates the terrace of the Château Belmont and there you will enjoy your drinks peacefully facing the nature.
THE BAR
Our cosy bar, with its shimmering colors and modern furniture, invites you to enjoy your aperitifs or cocktails. His lounge allows you to fully enjoy the delights of life in a castle, while savoring appetizers and tapas.
MEETINGS & EVENTS
Organize your events and corporate meetings in an elegant and modern setting. our business center is composed of three modular and air-conditioned rooms with a total area of 150m².
Equipped with a click-share system and video projectors, our rooms benefit from natural light and outdoor access to a terrace. A space for your breaks and welcome coffees is also available.
The Château Belmont welcomes you for your meeting days and semi-residential or residential events. Meals and cocktails are served in our semi-gastronomic restaurant, on the terrace or in our canopy, depending on availability.

The Château Belmont Tours is set in a privileged environment in the heart of the Loire Castles in Touraine. Built in the period of the Renaissance, the Loire Castles are conspicuous by their history, linked to that of the greatest kings of France.
They share the limelight with fortresses dating from the Middle Ages, in Loches and Chinon, among others, conspicuous by their architectural treasures.
