PRESTIGE SUITE
Over the years many artists have come to soak up the light and the beauty of this place and 2 special suites bear the name of artists who were intimately linked to Eze and its region:

The Nietzsche Suite (a frequent visitor who climbed the trails between Eze by the sea and the medieval village and was inspired by this journey to write a passage in « Thus Spoke Zarathustra »).

The Barlow Suite (in homage to the American composer who was very productive in the ’30s and ’40s and who often stayed in Eze Village for nearly 30 years). Our 3rd Luxury Suite was named the Suite du Cap because of its views of the Bay of St. Jean Cap Ferrat.

DINING
At La Chèvre d’Or, Arnaud Faye celebrates the authenticity of an exceptional terroir, which stretches from the rocky foothills of the Mercantour to the intense blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

His menu, inspired from these contrasts, magnifies the products of the Riviera and the up-country. We are delighted to guide you through the discovery of the savors and lights of this territory.

Arnaud Faye began his career in 1999. He worked in a succession of three Michelin starred restaurants, such as Arnsbourg in Baarenthal, Antoine Westermann’s Buerehiesel and Bernard Loiseau’s Relais.

In 2007, at only 29 years of age, Arnaud Faye was appointed Head Chef at l’Espadon, in that famous Parisian palace “The Ritz”. Two years later, the restaurant received its second Michelin star.

In early 2011, Arnaud Faye joined the newly opened Mandarin Oriental in Paris. Less than a year after opening, the Mandarin Oriental, Paris obtained 2 Michelin stars.

During the year of 2012 he took on a new challenge: to oversee the kitchens of the Auberge du Jeu de Paume Hotel, a member of the Relais & Châteaux association and the property of His Highness the Prince Aga Khan, in the heart of the Domaine de Chantilly.

The hotel’s gourmet restaurant was awarded a Michelin star in March 2013 and the second came the following year. They were maintained in 2015 and 2016. In the summer of 2016, Arnaud Faye joined the Château de la Chèvre d’Or to oversee the management of the hotel’s kitchens, and in particular that of “La Chèvre d’Or”, its 2 Michelin starred gourmet restaurant.

LES REMPARTS RESTAURANT
Lunch or dinner at our terrace restaurant Les Remparts, surrounded by arcades of jasmine, ivy and bougainvillea, will immerse you into the serenity of its extraordinary view.

Embrace the simplicity of its menu prepared by chef Benjamin Zannier in collaboration with our executive chef Arnaud Faye. It highlights the beautiful traditions of the Mediterranean, cooked with our region’s finest products.

Our dessert menu has all our most famous gourmet treats prepared by our pastry chef Julien Dugourd and his team. Enjoy the sun and the unique view of the bay of St Jean Cap Ferrat with your gourmet tea time.

LE CAFE DU JARDIN
Dive into the blue of the Mediterranean from our terrace restaurant Café du Jardin. It is the ideal place for a friendly and casual lunch or a relaxing afternoon to enjoy a cocktail or a refreshing drink until sunset.

Its refreshing and light menu takes its inspiration from the Italian border and combines the best pizza creations, fresh salad, and grilled meat and fish. In summer, enjoy magical evenings at Café du Jardin for dinner.

THE BAR
Enjoy our vintage champagnes, one of our cocktails, or a refreshing drink accompanied by our tapas created by our Executive Chef, Arnaud Faye. At tea time, enjoy our couture pastries, created by our pastry chef, Julien Dugourd with one of our fine teas.

At the end of the evening, enjoy the endless horizon with a cognac or other digestive, and add the final touch to an exquisite dinner that will leave stars in your eyes. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume with moderation.

WEDDINGS
For your wedding ceremony, we can propose our Gardens or the panoramic terrace of Café du Jardin (depending of the number of guests). There is a maximum capacity of 80 guests for a ceremony in the Gardens and 50 guests for a ceremony at Café du Jardin.
