Created by celebrated chef Raymond Blanc OBE, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons is one of the country’s most cherished manor house hotels. We received two Michelin stars in 1984, the first year of our opening, and, remarkably, have held them ever since.

Surrounded by lawns, flower borders and orchards, our setting is postcard-perfect. But beyond the eye-catching displays are vegetable and herb gardens that provide the kitchen—and the acclaimed Raymond Blanc Cookery School—with ultra-fresh, organic produce. They guarantee our restaurant remains at the cutting edge of culinary excellence.

A stay with us is more than just an adventure for the tastebuds. From enchanting garden tours and cookery lessons to outdoor sports and retail therapy, you’ll find an endless array of things to do at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons.

ROOMS & SUITES
After a sensational Michelin-starred feast, retire to one of the manor house’s 32 individually-designed hotel rooms—each one drawing inspiration from Raymond’s travels. No matter which you pick, top-tier comforts combine with imaginative decor to create an irresistible hideaway.

GARDEN ONE BEDROOM SUITE
Four ground-floor suites, located in the Garden Courtyard, take their inspiration from France and Raymond’s travels. Perfectly situated in one of Oxfordshire’s best luxury family hotels, they’re a great choice for those travelling with children.

BLANC DE BLANC
Blanc de Blanc is a serene, eco-friendly space, rich with layers of white and natural textures. It’s found on the ground floor, accessed through a private terrace, and boasts a spacious sitting room and walk-through dressing area.

GARDEN JUNIOR SUITE
Hotel comforts combine with imaginative decor to stunning effect in our Garden Junior Suites. Luxurious terraces provide extra space to unwind in. Each is a haven of fantasy, created using the most indulgent materials.

SNOW QUEEN
A magical haven, walls feature purple silk printed with silver snowflakes. A four-poster bed and mirrored furniture are completed by a white marble bathroom. The suite is named for Raymond’s favourite book—his rare first edition copy takes pride of place.

JUNIOR SUITE
Step inside and discover a unique haven nestled within the finest boutique hotel Oxford has to offer. Magnificent features make each Junior Suite truly breathtaking. Expect striking marble bathrooms, hand-painted wallpaper or a room of serene hyacinth blue.

CAMEO
Cameo is all about the views. From the bathroom, you can lie in the freestanding bath and gaze across the tranquil hotel gardens and out to the countryside.

EMILY ROOM
Located in the oldest part of the house and dating back to the 15th century, this characterful room boasts twin windows opening onto the courtyard.

BOTTICELLI ROOM
A glorious spiral staircase links the bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs you’ll find gold-trimmed furniture, and two freestanding Victorian tubs upstairs.

DINING
A lavender scented footpath paves the way for a spectacular culinary fairy tale. Described as “a twist of imaginative genius”, Raymond Blanc’s vision for Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons has always been one of world-class gastronomic flair and outstanding organic produce. Take your seat for a feast like no other.

We have a long history of excellence. Our restaurant earned 2 Michelin-stars upon opening, 38 years ago, and has retained them every year since. We’re proud of our reputation as one of Britain’s best restaurants, and have become a must-visit dining experience for gourmands across the world.

GREEN MICHELIN STAR
The Michelin Green Star is an annual distinction which highlights restaurants at the forefront of the industry when it comes to their sustainable practices: those that hold themselves accountable for both their ethical and environmental standards, and work with sustainable producers and suppliers to avoid waste and reduce or even remove plastic and other non-recyclable materials from their supply chain.

Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons is one of 23 restaurants to have received this accolade in the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland. Our sustainable practices are at the heart of what we do, with sustainability, foraging and zero-waste at the forefront. Our menu is inspired only but what is fresh and locally grown. This Green Michelin star joins our two existing Michelin stars for culinary excellence.

COOKERY SCHOOL
Our courses are suitable for all experience levels. From half-day introductions to residential programmes, dinner party master classes to children’s courses, there’s something for everyone. Many courses focus on recipes important to Raymond Blanc, showcasing dishes that inspired him to become the Michelin-starred chef he is today.
