LE CHEMIN DE RONDE
Here you are on the uppermost floor, all the way at the top of the castle. Make yourself at home in the high-class suite “Chemin de Ronde”. Outside, nothing obstructs the views over Châteauneuf du Pape, the Rhône Valley and all the way to the foothills of the Cévennes.
As you take the time to watch the stunning sunsets, a feeling of liberation settles over you. You’re on vacation! Inside, you can see the arrow slits and embrasures used by the soldiers to defend the castle.
Today a luxurious suite, it was once part of the parapet where the guards stood watch over the surrounding areas. In this suite on the “chemin de ronde”, you are truly in the heights of the castle.
LE VENTOUX
Airy and sunny, the big double room Ventoux captures the rays of the sun and inundates the space with light. The sun and colors of Provence reflect off the magnificent mirror found at an antique dealer’s in Isle sur la Sorgue.
This luminosity gives brilliance to the nobleness of the fabrics and intensity to the ochre of the walls. Vast and spacious, the luxurious superior room Ventoux is like a loft with its mezzanine which holds the magnificent bathroom. From all the windows and the mezzanine you have fabulous views over the orchards and the horses grazing in the prairies.
