Living Roma is a company that was created by two young entrepenuers, Kaja Osinski (Austrian born but Roman by adoption) and Filippo Ribacchi, a Roman devoted to the tourism sector.

The word condominio in Italian refers to joint ownership, a grouping of people with varying lifestyles and habits who choose to share certain spaces with each other. The condominio becomes a place of exchange, a place where different lives and points of view come together, and even clash at times.

This is what inspired the concept of our Condominio Monti, an apartment building of the early 1900s, transformed into a brand-new boutique hotel in the heart of the Monti neighbourhood. Condominio Monti is located 500m from the Colosseum, in Via dei Serpenti, in the heart of the Monti quarter, the capital’s first neighbourhood.

A historic quarter that has retained its own atmosphere with its cobbled lanes, rows of artisan shops, antique stores, taverns and wine bars, side by side with the studios of the latest up and coming designers and brands, show-rooms, gourmet food shops and slow food restaurants. The very essence of the Eternal City on your doorstep.

ROOMS
Each room has its own distinct, custom designed and created style of furnishing, with striking and unique colour combinations. Whether you are looking for a relaxing break or want to venture out into the life of the city, we can offer you the perfect solution for your needs. You will feel right at home.

QUADRUPLE ROOMS
With a separate entrance adjacent to the hotel, this quadruple room is ideal for up to 4 people. The 28 sq m room has two sleeping areas, one with a corner bed and one with double bed, separated by a handy wardrobe/divider.

TRIPLE ROOMS
Each room is totally unique. 18 sq m, parquet flooring, padded velvet headboards, elegant wood panelling and striking colour combinations. The double bed and single bed in the room can be transformed into 3 single beds if necessary.

DOUBLE ROOMS
A versatile room for two. Pastel colours and parquet flooring in a 18 sq m room intended for a maximum of 2 guests. On request, the double bed can be separated into two comfortable single beds.

OSTERIA OLIVA
And if you want to stop for lunch or dinner, you can enjoy one of our dishes at Osteria Oliva: a different place, the same family, the same concept. The setting is refined yet traditional. The choice of Italian wines is vast and the cuisine is exclusively Mediterranean. A must try ? Home made Pasta Carbonara with truffle. Enjoy your meal.

OLIVA BAR
From the rubble of an old laundromat, the Oliva Bar was born. Here you can taste the delicacies of our Osteria served by our expert bartenders who will be guide you through our refined wine list or prepare one of our signature cocktails.

ROOFTOP, SPRITZERIA & PRIVATE EVENTS
Our rooftop offers a splendid view of the Colosseum and the historic Via dei Serpenti. The best plan to recharge your batteries in the morning: a beautiful breakfast buffet with sweet and savory dishes.

Whereas if you want to enjoy an intimate lunch or dinner away from rest of the world, we will be happy to organize your private parties. The rooftop is open Thursday to Sunday from 18:00 until 01:00, during this time you will find our Spritzeria Pop-Up open. So come along and enjoy one of our delicious Spritz.
