In the hotel, natural materials (natural stone claddings and reliefs, tropical wood claddings, stone sculptures) and state of the art technology are featured side by side: smart TVs, LED lights, Italian Jacuzzi massage tubs and energy efficient engineering solutions serve the comfort of our guests and economical operations.

The interior design of the building was inspired by far-away exotic travels: all spaces have an air of harmony, peace and functionality, while luxury is ubiquitous during the whole stay. The key objective was to recreate the Balinese harmony between nature and living space, also considering the principles of Feng Shui.

Opening the huge folding glass walls of the lake-side restaurant, the garden and the restaurant melt together, blurring the line between inside and outside… The garden near the shore is a unique visual experience.

SUITES
Our beautiful luxury suites are located on the upper floors of the Mala Garden Hotel Superior in Siófok. The modern, spacious suites are all inspired by modern Balinese architecture, radiating a feeling of comfort and harmony.

The hydromassage tubs, the huge LED Smart Hotel TVs, the air conditioning and the comfortable furniture are all there to meet the highest standards. All the spaces are furnished with organic materials (wood, stone and unique fabrics) and carefully selected, unique furniture.

PENTHOUSE
The Penthouse suite of Mala Garden Hotel is the gem of the hotel, which could easily win the “Penthouse of Balaton” title. The 130-square-metre suite has a living room equipped with a bar, a kitchen without an oven or a cooktop (but with a fridge, a microwave, a dish washer and a wine cooler), a dining table for 6 and a breathtaking panorama of the lake and the northern shore, but in clear weather you can also see the Tihany Peninsula.

CORNER SUITE
We recommend our newest Corner suite to anyone who likes comfort and spacious rooms, for two adults and one additional adult or two additional children. The unique of the 39m2 suite is the open bathroom and a bathtub with a full glass wall with a separate shower.

The Mala atmosphere is further enhanced by the pagoda flower carving from stone present in every room, the hand-knotted patchwork Persian rugs, the Thai silk curtains, the tropical wooden claddings and the double balcony with a views of the garden suburbs.

The uniqueness of the bathroom is given by a bathtub with a full glass wall, a separate shower, pebbles from the beach of the island of Bali, and Chopard cosmetic products. Each room is also accessible by lift.

GREEN TEA SUITE
Pampering revitalisation only an original Jacuzzi hydromassage bathtub can offer –„Only for me!” This is the motto of the beautiful Green Tea Suite bathroom with a view of the living room through its glass wall, or even to the large screen LED Smart Hotel TV found in the room. The Green Tea Suite’s bathroom is fitted with a Jacuzzi Sharp 75 hydromassage bathtub for one, in which you have nothing else to do than just immerse yourself and relax.

Our Luxury Plus rooms can be found in the newest building of the Mala Garden. Each of the spacious 34m2 rooms radiates a unique and modern Far Eastern atmosphere, as well as a cosy feeling, and can accommodate two adults and two additional adults or children.

Each Luxury Plus room has its own bathroom, fitted with a bathtub with a hand and an overhead shower. In addition to the glass-walled bathroom, the interior of these rooms is characterised by more intensive use of unique hand-woven wallpapers, Italian limestone cladding, golden gongs and tropical wooden claddings. Each room is accessible by lift, and has a balcony with views of the garden suburbs.

DELUXE CORNER ROOM
This room is recommended for those whom admires the view of Lake Balaton. Being a corner room, it has 2 balconies, so you can admire Lake Balaton in its full beauty. The 30 m2 Deluxe Corner rooms are found in the main building, each with its own bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a hand and an overhead shower, decorated with stone reliefs and cladding made of pebbles from the beach of Bali. All rooms are accessible by lift and also by stairs.

SUPERIOR ROOM
This room type is recommended for those who prefer comfort and large spaces. The hotel building as well as its Superior Rooms are characterised by an exotic design. Superior Rooms vary between 30–31 m2 in size, each with its own bathroom, fitted with a bathtub with a hand and an overhead shower. The pebble claddings in the bathrooms were made using pebbles from the beaches of Bali. All the rooms have large, sunny balconies.

MALA GARDEN RESTAURANT
The Mala Garden Restaurant has an exotic atmosphere matching the hotel’s design, where guests can enjoy the magnificent view of Lake Balaton all year round. The menu, which is updated four times a year in accordance with seasonality, offers Far Eastern and Mediterranean flavors, salads, and traditional (reimagined) Hungarian dishes made from carefully selected ingredients. Premium quality is a basic requirement for us.

Mala Garden Restaurant’s terrace has a magnificent view of Siófok’s Golden Shore and Lake Balaton, so you may dine or sip on your favourite cocktail in a genuine beach atmosphere during the summer.

We also prepare our home made cakes for you in case of preorder for take away. (48h before). On weekends, and almost every night during the summer, smooth jazzy-easy listening live guitar music creates the perfect beach atmosphere.

MANDARA MODERN ITALIAN KITCHEN
Mandara Modern Italian Kitchen is open all year round. From September to June, it awaits guests on weekdays as a patisserie, and on weekends as an Italian-style restaurant, also offering our confectionery specialties of course.

During the summer season, both our patisserie and restaurant are open every day. Our guests can enjoy Smooth jazzy-easy style live guitar tunes on our waterside terraces in the summer evenings.

The waterfront terrace offers a beautiful view of Siófok’s Golden Beach, so in summer you can enjoy your favourite Italian dish in a real seaside atmosphere, accompanied by a glass of fine wine or a refreshing cocktail. Our pastry chef’s pastries are made locally, from seasonally selected ingredients. We make sure to only include the best ingredients, such as using only Belgian chocolate to make desserts, which are free of artificial flavouring and food colouring.

We also recommend to our guests our adult wellness facilities, our exclusive 8×2.5m adventure pool equipped with massage functions, Manutti Zendo relaxing beds, and Royal Botania standing lamps. Our spa division opens at 9:00 am, and from 7:00 pm onwards silent hours are imposed, meaning only guests above the age of 12 may enter our wellness section.
