LOCATION
The Cruccuris Resort is located only 4 km far from the town center; the nearest public beach is Campus beach, less than 1 km far, which can be reached via a dirt road (3 minutes by car). All the other amazing beaches in the area are about 5/10 minutes drive from the Resort.

Just 4km far from Cruccuris Resort there is also the beach of Campulongu, where the Hotel Stella Maris, our partner, offers to our guests its own private beach service with shuttle service, at a special discounted price (service on reservation).

The small centre of Villasimius is a 5 minutes drive away from the resort; here you can enjoy some lovely cafés and ice cream parlours, relax in the town square with traditional live bands and dancing, as well as buy gifts to take home as all the shops stay open late during summer months.

Local restaurants are also a perfect occasion to taste the seafood and the typical wines of the region. To live our charming territory, you can choose among boat trips and horse riding, small-boat excursions or a dive in the sea of the beautiful protected marine area.

CLASSIC ROOMS

The Classic rooms at the Cruccuris Resort are extremely comfortable. They all feature a furnished patio offering access to the garden or a balcony where you can relax. Available in both the main building as well as the three linked external buildings, which are connected by paths that cross the resort’s garden.

FAMILY ROOM
Our Family Room is composed by 2 connecting Classic rooms, linked by a nice common living room. Each room is independent, with bathroom, private patio and access to the garden: the ideal option for families with children.

TROPICAL POOLS
For sunbathing and relaxing at any time of the day, Cruccuris Resort offers 2 different pool areas. The larger pool, beautifully nestled in the tropical palm-tree gardens, features a whirlpool and a pool bar.

Plenty of sun lounges are at disposal by the pool and in the gardens to relax and enjoy great views of the coastline. The smaller pool, set in the immaculate grasslands in the back of the resort, is always quiet and restful. Light lunches are available from the hotel bar, so that you can spend a full day between sea and mountains taking pleasure in the peaceful atmosphere of the resort.

BOATING IN VILLASIMIUS
The wind in your hair, the sun kissing your skin, the scent of the sea all around: in summer, you can’t miss the experience of a boat tour in the Marine Protected Area. Daily or half-day excursions depart from the tourist harbour of Villasimius, aboard splendid sailboats or motor boats: just look down to see the fish swimming in the crystal clear water, and look up to watch the seagulls flying.

Depending on the excursion you choose, you can have lunch on board, swim and if you like, disembark at the Isola dei Cavoli, off Capo Carbonara. Renting an inflatable boat, you can choose your own tour and discover even the most hidden coves of this beautiful coastline.

ACTIVE HOLIDAY
With such a scenario, any outdoor activity cannot but be a magical experience. For example, why not hire a bike? You don’t have to be a professional!

Campus Beach is only 900m far away, and Villasimius city centre is only 4 km away; you can get to know the surroundings and visit the area in close contact with nature, away from the crowds, with a mountain bike, city bike or e-bike. Or you can choose to walk along the paths through the Mediterranean maquis, caressed by the sea breeze.

On foot, for example, you can try the route from Porto Giunco to the Porto Giunco Tower, an exceptional panoramic viewpoint from which to admire the spectacle of the ‘three seas’: from Cala Giunco to the Notteri pond and the Bay of Campulongu on the horizon.

Carrying on, you can visit Cava Usai with its granite boulders and the belvedere upon the Isola dei Cavoli, or even go as far as Cala Burroni, the extreme point of Capo Carbonara, unknown to most people.

SPORT
What could be better than diving and swimming among fishes and underwater wonders that the waters of Villasimius have to offer? You will experience the thrill of scuba diving departing from the Tourist Harbour, and enjoy the sight of the Marine Protected Area with its exceptional concentration of flora and fauna. And if you want to explore the underwater world but are not familiar with diving, you can enjoy a guided snorkelling excursion, also suitable for children.
