The F Zeen character combines natural, organic materials, such as weathered stone, “wrinkled” roof tiles, pebble dash and combed wood surfaces with a selection of hand crafted finishes to include marble, hammered copper and our bespoke F Zeen “Double Wave” hand-cast basins.
Stones have been especially selected to create exterior and interior features contributing to the individuality of each room. In short, rough textures in contrast with smooth, gentle surfaces, resulting in raw elegance.

ELPYS – RHEA VILLA
Situated on the hillside of the retreat, these villas offer panoramic sea views within F Zeen retreat. Tucked away in a secluded position you will find your summer two floor luxury home. The upper floor features two bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms.
The expansive balcony highlights an inviting seating area with views over the pool and the sea. The ground floor consists of one bedroom, a living room with fireplace and a fully-equipped kitchen.
The expansive, private garden and pool provide the backdrop to enjoy every moment of your unforgettable stay. Whether you travel alone or with your loved ones, you may find this extensive 1,000 sq. meter outdoor space with BBQ area, a perfect place to re-connect in the peaceful simplicity of nature.
SUITE 103
Suite 103 is a spacious 43 sq. meter lounge room and bedroom, offering direct views over the Ionian Sea. The front glass doors open onto a large 30 sq. meter private patio with ample space for a seating area and two sun-loungers for private sunbathing by the pool.
The indoor space has been carefully designed to bring style and comfort together. The decor is completely unique to this room, offering a lounge area, a work desk as well as an originally designed bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate WC.
SUPERIOR RAW RETREAT SWIMMING POOL
Situated throughout the premises of the hotel, these newly completed raw retreats open onto spacious 30 sq. meter patios leading towards your private pool and sun loungers.
Along with a 30 sq. meter interior space, they offer an indulgent feel with a theme unique to each room inspired by natural materials. Each room has its own induvial decorations.
A queen size bed or twin beds are available upon your preference, a walk-in shower and separate WC. There is an indoor seating area and a work desk that includes bespoke views of its ideal location. This place may just become your ideal escape.
FOREST RETREAT WITH JACUZZI
In between the forest area and the main side of the hotel’s premises, the Forest Retreat offers a 43 sq. meter floor space that opens onto a 20 sq. meter private wooden deck with a jacuzzi and an outdoor shower, separate from the one inside the room.
The interior of this unique suite consists of a queen size bed or twin beds upon your preference with direct sea and garden views as well as a lounge area, enriching your moments with tranquility and complete connection to nature.
TERRACED PENTHOUSE
Expanding to a 40 sq. meter roof top with sunbeds for lounging and a dining area, the Terrace Penthouse is a home away from home with an open plan design and panoramic sea views. Immerse yourself in these thoughtfully designed rooms.
The room itself is 30 sq. meters. In addition, there is a large outdoor open area, with panoramic sea views, for sunbathing and a shaded terrace for lounging and private dining.

SUPERIOR RETREAT

Close to the beachfront, these rooms feature a private terrace that leads out onto our well-kept garden and allow relaxation accompanied with the sound of waves. All have an ensuite walk-in shower, separate WC and a well-appointed work desk to make this your place of comfort.
DINING
As Hippocrates said ‘let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food’. At F Zeen we believe in the importance of leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
We make no exceptions with our food, using only fresh and the highest quality ingredients to create outstanding dishes that provide as much nourishment as possible.
We also use a lot of our homegrown vegetables, herbs and fruit in our dishes, grown completely naturally, free from pesticides and fertilisers. We have two restaurants and bars, ‘Gaia’ meaning Earth and ‘Selini’ meaning moon in Ancient Greek.
Both restaurants offer a variety of dishes from the ‘Sea’ and the ‘Land’, suitable for vegan and vegeterian diet. Modern versions of traditional greek dishes, as well as international recipes with a greek twist.

IDOR WELLNESS & SPA
We have several on site therapists dedicated to making your experience as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. In our menu you will find therapies from two of the most distinguished companies in the field of Spa treatments, Voya and Ariadne.

With great views, privacy and the sound of the sea, the location makes for an unforgettable experience. Guests are welcome to use the decks on their own when there are no lessons taking place.
YOGA CLASSES
Daily yoga classes are offered with our experienced instructors as part of your stay with us. These range from Vinyasa, Hatha, Beginner’s Yoga, Ying Yoga, Aerial Yoga and Meditation.
There is something for everyone to add this yoga experience to their stay. As an extra there is also an option to book private lessons if you would prefer more 1-on-1 attention.
EQUIPMENT
We use the best equipment possible. Our mats are Manduka from the eko range, made from natural tree rubber that provide a superb grip. We also have Manduka blocks, bolsters, straps.
OUTDOOR GYM
Exercise in the fresh outdoors in our two-terraced gym, finished to very high specifications. One floor focuses more on cross fit, calisthenics and body weight exercises with specialized equipment including TRX suspension, a boxing bag, skipping ropes and kettle bells.
The second floor contains the machinery such as treadmills, cross trainers and rowing machines including Technogym equipment. Experience an unforgettable workout in the gym looking out to the Ionian Sea, combined with the fresh smell of jasmine. Exercise will be something to look forward to during your stay with us.
FITNESS CLASSES
Daily fitness classes are offered in the outdoor gym and on the yoga decks and are included in your stay with us. These can range from HIIT to functional training to stretching. As an extra there is also an option to book private lessons if you would prefer more 1-on-1 attention.
HIKING
Join our instructors on a morning hike to the ruins of a monastery, also included in your stay with us. Alternatively, you can speak to the Reception who will give you directions if you would like to do it privately.
JOGGING
The beach in front of the hotel is a perfect place for early morning jogging. The sandy beach provides the perfect challenge for confident runners or simply run or walk along the beach road for a refreshing way to start your day.

The Retreat also provides kayaks and stand up paddle boards which you are able to use as part of your stay with us. Also, private guided hiking to mountain Ainos, snorkeling and canoeing is available.

KEFALONIA
Kefalonia is the largest Ionian island in Western Greece, with an area of 302 sq. miles and population of 35,000.
It is a truly unique place combining breathtaking landscapes and outstanding beaches in a lush green scenery surrounded by all shades of blue. Ancient olive trees and black fir trees stand humbly on the mountains and by the coastline.
The island also boasts one of the tallest mountains in Greece with forests, tropical plants, excellent food that is high in nutrition as a result of the fertile soil. With a rich history, the island has a lot to discover which is made easy due to its notoriously hospitable culture.
LOURDAS BEACH
Lourdas particularly has a tropical climate and so has a wonderfully exotic flora. Mount Aenos is the only National Park situated on the island and provides the dramatic backdrop to Lourdas beach where the F Zeen Retreat is located.
