Opened in 2013, the 4-star Luxury rated “Ai Reali di Venezia” Hotel is located in an ancient aristocratic Venetian palace, in the historical center of the city, between Rialto and Piazza San Marco.

The Hotel, that also hosts the “Alle Corone” Restaurant, the lounge bar, the “Reali Wellness & Spa” wellness center and a conference center, stands out for its highly refined elegance and for the attention of its staff to the slightest detail, wishing its guests to feel like they have a second house in Venice.

“Ai Reali” Hotel was born following renovation of an ancient aristocratic Venetian palace of the 17th century, “Cà Corner-Reali”. Owned by a branch of the Corner family, it was first purchased from Mr Algarotti, and then by Mr Guzzetti.

To his turn, the latter sold it in 1800 to Mr Reali who, at that time, owned several wax factories and one of the oldest sugar refinery plants. Palazzo Gussoni, which dates back to 1500 and was supposedly designed by Pietro Lombardo, is located on one of the hotel wings.

“Ai Reali” Hotel has a private access to the canal, for those guests who wish to reach the hotel by taxi boat. Private motorboats are available at any entry-point of the city, including at the airport.

Our Luxury Suites consist of a wonderful large living area of about 35 Sqm, luxuriously furnished with fine furniture and ancient wooden flooring, which was brought back to life after a careful refurbishment.

The 30-Sqm sleeping areas, furnished with fine antique furniture, overlook a quiet canal. All rooms are equipped with mini-bar, laptop-size safe, direct phone line, Internet, state-of-the-art flat screen TV, wireless connection. All this comes with elegant marble bathrooms.

JUNIOR SUITE CANAL VIEW
Our Junior Suite rooms are quite generous in size – each one has about a 40 Sqm surface – and they are furnished in sumptuous historical Venetian style.

Many of them also have a small fireplace dating back to late 1600, entirely refurbished ancient wooden flooring or the typical “Venetian terrace”, which can be found in the most elegant aristocratic palaces.

All rooms are equipped with a living area, desk, mini-bar, laptop-size safe, direct phone line, Internet, state-of-the-art flat screen TV, wireless connection. All polychrome marble bathrooms are equipped with shower or bathtub. All our Junior Suite rooms overlook a quiet canal.

CLASSIC ROOM
Classic rooms have a surface of about 14 Sqm. They are furnished in lively Venetian style and equipped with mini-bar, laptop-size safe, direct phone line, Internet, state-of-the-art flat screen TV, wireless connection.

All marble bathrooms are accessible to individuals with disabilities. Only the queen-size bed option is available with this arrangement, it is not possible to have two separate beds or additional beds.
