Le Cap
This is the main mansion building, built originally in 1899, but extensively renovated and modernised in 2003.
It offers accommodation on four floors, ranging from two penthouse suites on the upper two floors with spacious private terraces, to de luxe double rooms on the lower floors. The larger suites can be broken up into separate rooms, sharing a private lounge.
Presidential Suite 4 Bedrooms
One of the two largest suites at Cap Estel. Ideally thought for the welcoming of families, this suite is composed of one master bedroom, the Dream Suite, with its magnificent bathroom/walk-in closet is a delicate homage to luxury and beauty, and three deluxe room with sea view.
All of those accomodations could as well be sold separately, let the guests enjoyin the huge and spacious living room and kitchen area.
Junior Suites
Located on the 2nd floor, those suites of 45m2 could accomodate up to 3 adults or 2 Adults and 1 child thanks to the sofa bed. Each suite is composed by a room area, a bathroom with shower and/or bath as well as a large terrace, always offering an unforgettable sea view.
La Mer
This location comprises three bedrooms set into the eastern wall of the peninsula, overlooking Cap private beach and the bay of Cap d’Ail. Each room is furnished in the style of an ocean-liner’s cabin.
Deluxe Room with balcony
In this intimate and quiet building, only 3 bedrooms with a large sea view invite you to peace and serinity with a full sea view, overlooking the Cap d’Ail bay.
Have a sit on the balcony and just spend your time having a drink or a breakfast, admiring a perfect combo between wild flora and fauna in the comfort of a luxury room. Have a lovely night listening to the waves.
Les Jardins
In the heart of an oasis of greenery and tranquility, this contemporary pavilion located at the entrance of the property is open on the gardens of Cap Estel. It offers 6 suites.
These suites, between 40 and 55m², are composed of a bedroom, a sitting area and a bathroom with shower and bath. You can enjoy a terrace or balcony with a 180 ° view of the Mediterranean Sea. Very quiet, spacious and bright, they overlook the sea and offer an exceptional panorama of the site.
Junior Suites
Those 2 Junior Suites, are located on the 2nd floor. They are offering the most impressive an beautiful view of the Cap Estel, with a general overlooking of the sea, Cap d’Ail bay and the gardens.
Le Parc
The two Le Parc suites lead off the western side of the front lawn, and are built sheer above the sea. They overlook submerged rocks where divers come to view the abundant underwater life, with views of Bealieu-sur-Mer and St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat on the other side of the bay.
Dream Suite
This Duplex Suite with its private terrace overlooking the sea and St Jean Cap Ferrat Bay is a perfect match for a fully private and intimate stay, away from prying eyes. You’ll feel yourself alone in the whole world.
Le Ficus Restaurant
In 2018, the restaurant and bar “Le Ficus” opened its doors. Set in the heart of the park, this is the perfect place for sharing, exuding all the charm of those large summer gatherings. It sets the stage for lively reunions and invites you to really savour the present moment.
Here, lunch is enjoyed Mediterranean style, and you take pleasure in tasting a touch of everything. Your plate, composed of items from sharing dishes, will display a spectrum of assorted colours.
Reflecting the lively conversations of these summer get-togethers, the cuisine is diverse, light, local, precious and of course, delicious. Under the century-old Ficus trees shading this truly magical park, “Le Ficus” offers an optimal setting and cuisine for moments of sharing with spectacular sea views.

Les Nuits Dime On
Les Nuits Dime On du Cap Estel is the result of a collaboration with MEDI, singer and producer from Nice, founder of the label Dime On Music. This project, created in summer 2018, continues to evolve each season.
From June to September, attend a dozen live concerts, in the wonderful surroundings of Cap Estel. You can discover or rediscover talents from the 4 corners of the world.
Members of the Dime On Music family or guest friends of Medi, these artists who are part of the line-up, with very varied styles, will perform every beginning of summer weekend. This summer, the nights promise to be still very «Dime On» at Cap Estel!
