Proprietor of the hotel since 1947, the Berrut family has always wished to welcome with refinement and elegance. In 1993, a complete renovation started with the goal of bringing back to this home built in the 19th Century all its original charm.
The restoration took two years, and the interior designer Gerard Gallet imagined a pleasant and elegant décor, with soft and harmonious tendencies. Since then, the hotel has rediscovered its gleam and character.
It reflects the Berrut’s family will to welcome without pretension, but with discretion, know-how-to and know-how-to-be.Laetitia Brandariz-Berrut, who now manages the hotel, represents this family’s 4th generation at the helm of this hotel.

ROOMS
The hotel counts 41 rooms on 6 floors, 4 of them are duplexes which can accommodate up to 3 guests. The refined décor, the elegance of the fabrics, the original carvings on the walls, the double windows, and the numerous organizers, make of each room a place of great comfort.
APARTMENTS
In 2008 Hotel de l’Arcade Gathers 6, 25 to 35 m² apartments and a 60 m² apartment, with a terrace over the roofs of Paris and which can accommodate up to 4 persons.
Temperate and classy and the same time, luxurious without being ostentatious, they blend parquet and rugs, numerous arranging spaces, spacious bathrooms, bathtubs, slippers, and plenty of lighting. We feel good, a bit like home.
THE BREAKFAST
Located at the lobby level, the breakfast room, well lit and spacious, has a view to the street. Tables are set and hot drinks served according to our guests’ wishes. A buffet is available for a continental or a la carte breakfast.
MEETING ROOMS
The Hotel de l’Arcade has 3 meeting rooms, Salon Saint-Saëns, Salon Faure and Salon Opera. They may be reserved for a full day or a half day.
The Saint-Saëns meeting room, 25m² wide, can accommodate up to 22 attendees. The Fauré meeting room can accommodate up to 16. The two rooms are adjoining and, together, can accommodate up to 38 guests.
The Opera meeting room is 45m² wide, and can accomodate up to 32 attendees. It is located in the new wing of the Hotel de l’Arcade and offers daylight a private entrance.
ACTIVITIES & TOURISM
Neighbor of the Madeleine Church, our hotel is also close to the Opera Garnier, the Department stores (Printemps and Galeries Lafayette) and luxury stores on the Faubourg Saint-Honoré. The Louvre, the Tuileries Garden, the Concorde Square and the Champs Elysées are also within walking distance.
