Home-made muesli, honey gathered from the hotel’s rooftop beehives, “Confitures Parisiennes” home-made jams, hand-crafted traditional Jambon de Paris ham from Doumbéa, cheeses refined by neighbourhood store in the Rue Poncelet and, of course, fresh crusty bread and Viennese pastries.
This is just a foretaste of some of the delicious treats served either in the morning at the buffet from 7am to 1pm or from our all-day tray service.
A snack, straight from the oven
Don’t think twice about helping yourself to a slice of cake… prepared especially for you. To ensure that you take time out to relax in the afternoon, we are pleased to offer you a range of refreshments, with tea from Maison Nunschen or coffee from Brûlerie Belleville. The choice is yours.
Cocktail time: a sharing experience
Every day, between the hours of 6pm and 8pm, it’s your turn to go behind the bar! You are invited to compose and make your very own cocktail from one of our recipes, on the House,. Naturally, an honesty bar with rare vintages, and savoury snacks, is also on offer until midnight.

What kind of hotel would the Flanelles be if it didn’t offer this legendary snack? Our Club Sandwich can be served either at the kitchen table or from room service, and comes in a variety of highly creative options.
Made from recipes created by Chef Thierry Alix, the sandwich with a difference and style has been reinvented with vegetarian gluten-free options and to cater for those of you with a sweet tooth, too. A truly unmissable delight.

Cosseted arrivals and departures
Our official check-in time is 3.00pm, with check-out at midday…However, for travellers in a hurry to get to the hotel, or a little less so to leave, Flanelles provides a cosy area, with changing room, to freshen up after an early arrival or late departure. And of course, whatever the time, we will take care of your luggage.
On the House
Give into temptation and treat yourself to a slice of freshly baked cake on the House at tea time, enjoy a cocktail, just the two of you, or a take-away breakfast for early departures. It’s time to take time out the Flanelles way… with the compliments of the House.
Working on your own
The Flanelles library area can also be booked for small meetings. A laptop, large iPad and printer are at your disposal for even the most confidential business appointments.
