The Grand Powers nobly installed in the heart of the Parisian Golden Triangle since 1920 metamorphoses. This 5-star residence offers a virtuosity of balance between heritage and invention. Sublimate the old, magnify the heritage, celebrate modernity and understated elegance, these are the key words of this reinvention.
ROOMS & SUITES
The 50 rooms and suites offer a soft and cozy atmosphere, timeless, warm and bright. Quintessence of Parisian chic, they preserve the grandiose volumes, the refinement of moldings and antique fireplaces.
Colored, they are available in powder pink, celadon green or blue depending on the floor. Their specially designed furniture is a tribute to the design of the last 100 years. The materials (lacquered paint, aged brass, marble, oak and walnut) and fabrics (velvet and silk) reinforce this impression of luxury and comfort.
The Elegant is the ultimate representation of Parisian chic. Nestled on the top floor of the hotel, it combines tranquility with its separate living room and exceptional brightness with its double windows to the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower.
AT CAFE 52
The neighborhood’s new address, Café 52 offers balanced, seasonal suggestions and some must-haves, perfectly orchestrated by chef Maxime Raab, who previously performed at Fouquet’s.
His cooking is guided by the love of the product and the right flavor. Nearby, the bar, intimate setting with warm and floral tones invites its guests and Parisians to discover cocktails and finger food, with a bold signature.
THE ICONIC DISHES
The iconic dishes are part of our responsible approach that respects seasonality. The Smorrebrod: made with a slice of gluten-free bread from the Maison Chambelland, organic quail eggs, or Pyrenean trout, Corsican avocado and grapefruit.
It is THE healthy signature of the menu. The gardener’s plate: is a real mini vegetable garden, it highlights the vegetables lovingly grown by Bruno Cayron. The yellow organic South West poultry and the fish of the day goes perfectly with their seasonal side-dishes and reveals all the quality and care given to the products.
SUNDAY IS A BRUNCH DAY
Every Sunday, Café 52 offers a Brunch between balance and pleasure. Our iconic healthy dishes are served with a starter and dessert buffet, accompanied by a glass of champagne or detox juice. Eggs just the way you like them, a selection of seafood and an idyllic environment, every Sunday starts at 12 noon.
TALENTS BEHIND THE PLATE
« Our partners work on products in short circuits, through certified farms and labels, or through responsible and measured fishing»
Chef Maxime Raab
Chef Maxime Raab and his team are committed to the well being of the guests and work for a responsible gastronomy, by surrounding itself with virtuous producers, in short circuits and privileging organic products.
The majority of the products come from the local terroirs of France, highlighting the know-how of passionate men and women. All these products are sublimated by the chef Maxime Raab and his team, every day at Café 52, at any time of the day.
Entirely dressed in marble, the Thala Spa has been imagined as a protective and energizing cocoon. The time is suspended, during a tailor-made treatment Dermalogica, a relaxing bath in the hot tub or a moment of intense relaxation in the Hammam.
Dermalogica skincare meets every skin, and starts with a highly personalized diagnosis, according to each person’s desires and needs. The Spa is open to external guests.
Le Grand Powers dedicates a room to Sophie Carbonari, the best French facialist, in which she offers her signature modelling against the tide of traditional aesthetic techniques.
Her holistic process allows a regeneration of the skin and an immediate radiant result. The program includes a mix of lymphatic drainage, kobido and Cosmo, two Japanese techniques of acupressure and manual lifting.
