RESTAURANT AND BAR
La Sivoliere welcomes you in its restaurant overlooking the pine trees and the ski slopes to make you discover authentic local flavours perfectly cooked by our Chef. For breakfast, La Sivolière offers a generous buffet known for its exceptional quality and abundance.
Later on in the day, give in to temptation and enjoy irresistible snacks like tarts, crêpes and other delights, prepared right before your eyes. But this is at dinner time that the taste experience will reach the peak because this year La Sivolière is preparing big culinary surprises at Le 1850.
You will savor the daily or “a la carte” menu while contemplating the illuminated forest through the large picture windows. In the evening, head for the bar, which opens onto a cosy lounge area with a fireplace.
Sip a mulled wine, champagne or whisky, or enjoy one of our signature, classic or custom-prepared cocktails. With its vast selection of dishes and refreshments, the bar is also the perfect place for a light and informal meal that’s still every bit as delicious.
LE 1850
For dinner, Chef Nicolas Vambre invites you to taste French cuisine, made from seasonal, fresh, and local products: lake fish, milk-fed lamb, or even free-range farming pork, discover the best the area can offer.
And because the ultimate luxury is in customisation, every guest on half board basis will be offered by the Chef a made-to-measure dish during his stay.
Every Sunday, Madam is hosting at “La Table de Madame” around dishes to share, gourmet courses part of the collective memory and inspired from a family Sunday lunch. Simmered during hours, braised pieces of meat, or roasted poultry, it is time for welcoming and comforting dinners!
Finally, because a stay in the mountains would not be the same without a local specialty, taste every Tuesday fondues and raclettes made with the cheese from Emily Roux and Bernard Chardon, farmers and cheese producers in Courchevel.
THE BAR

Our mixologists will make surprising creations, some of them with Savoyard accents such as the Negroni aged in oak barrels infused with fir, without forgetting the tailor-made creations according to the tastes of each.
A warming cup of mulled wine, and logs crackling in the big stone fireplace… What better way to spend a winter night? Perhaps a bit of music or a wine tasting… Whatever your preferences, La Sivolière invites you to come visit the bar and relax in the lounge.
Celebrate a great day of skiing with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot or a vintage Dom Pérignon. At La Sivolière, golden and rosé sparkling wines hold a place of honour at the bar, from champagne cocktails to our weekly “double bubble” nights.
You’ll be pleasantly surprised by our head bartender’s creativity as you sample a personalised creation prepared especially for you.
Our vast drink selection offers the perfect pairing for each of our many light, sweet or savoury dishes. And because winter nights are even lovelier with a bit of music, La Sivolière regularly invites a variety of artists to perform for our guests.
AFTERNOON TEA TIME
Back from the slopes, next to the bar fireplace or served in your rooms, tea time is offered everyday from 3.30pm until 06.00pm.
A cup of tea or or hot chocolate to warm you up, a homemade crepe or pastry, or even the proper “afternoon tea time” formula with finger sandwiches, make up your preferred snack.
For the eldest ones, brighten your tea time up with a glass of Champagne, and the the youngest, the crepe is offered until 13 years old included.
BREAKFAST
Get your day off to a tasty start with La Sivolière’s buffet. From citrus fruit cups to our delicious home-made chocolate and pistachio cakes, our colourful selection offers plenty of reasons to get out of bed in the morning.
Enjoy the rich flavour of raw honey from our mountainside meadows, or sample organic jams from our partner farm over a stack of pancakes or a slice of good bread. There are plenty of delicious options for those who prefer a savoury breakfast as well, including cheeses from local producer Bernard Chardon.

Courchevel is the ideal destination for an unforgettable family holiday. La Sivolière now offers Mini Sivo, a welcoming service dedicated to our youngest guests.
From the moment they arrive, your kids will enjoy a personalised welcome. Next, our Mini Sivo Captains will take them to the Mini Sivo Room, a whole world designed especially for them.

DOG SERVICE
