Bourgogne Rooms

There are 3 in all, from 15 to 18 m², all equipped with a 140 cm-wide bed, a bathroom with bath or shower. Functional yet cozy, these rooms portray the spirit of the house: warm and welcoming. Facing a courtyard -“Beaune”, Bouilland”, “Chambertin”… or facing the street “Ruffey” … each Bourgogne room has its own style.
Each of the Bourgogne rooms has the same facilities and services as all the other rooms in the hotel: air-conditioning, acoustic double-glazing, in-room safe, free wifi, mini-bar, direct telephone, flat screen TV with 37 satellite channels, web radio (15 stations), sealy bedding, bathrooms with hair-dryer, magnifying mirror, monogrammed bathrobes, bathroom amenities, slippers.
Grand Cru Suites
Just as our Burgundian Grand Cru wines, our suites are unique and widely appreciated for their incomparable quality! Each very different, it is the ideal room category that is to be appreciated without moderation.
Elegant with their high French ceilings, hard wood floors and antique dressers, the Hotel Le Cep proposes suites ranging in size from 32 to 52 m²
Our 20 Grand Cru suites are all equipped with a king bed or two single bed, a desk, sitting area with chairs or sofas, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and separate toilet.
« Clos Vougeot » has a beautiful 35m² terrace / « Clos du Roy » with 3 individual beds and 2 bathrooms / « La Rochepot », a wonderfully romantic room under the eaves and accessible with a stone staircase / « Montrachet » and its canopy bed / « Bienvenue Bâtard » and « Saint-Felix », which communicate thanks to a private landing, ideal for a family

Settle down on of the bar’s stools or relax in the comfortable sofas. Our barman will be pleased to help you choose your drink or propose a regional Cru.
In the winter, enjoy the comfortable cocoon atmosphere whilst sipping a glass of wine in front of the fireplace, and in the summer relax in the sun bathed 14th century courtyard.
Wine tasting
You are more than welcome in the Capital of Burgundian wines! Beaune and Burgundy both offer you a fine collection of Grand Cru wines that you can find at Le Cep part of which come from the famous Wine Auction of the Hospices de Beaune. The bar menu proposes a large selection of wines dating all the way back to 1984 and up to 2013.

The buffet includes cereal, fresh fruit juice, hot drinks, bread and French pastries, Pinot noir wine, cheese, cold cuts. Room service is available 24/7 and includes sandwichs, cheese, cold cuts, snails etc.

Gourmet Restaurant Loiseau des Vignes
In Beaune the restaurant Loiseau des Vignes is managed by the famous French group, Bernard Loiseau.
Established within the walls of the hotel Le Cep, overlooking the rue Maufoux, the restaurant « Loiseau des Vignes » proposes a cuisine that is mainly influenced by the region as well as traditional dishes from Burgundy that are revisited by the Chef. The setting is heartwarming, refined and the decor contemporary.
Dominique Loiseau proposes an impressive collection of 70 different wines by the glass, excellent references of either renowned winemakers or young producers with promising wines!
Red or white wine, by the glass or by the bottle, the wine selection will delight your tastebuds. Although it is managed by the Bernard Loiseau group, the restaurant is located in the hotel Le Cep, and lunch can be served in the hotel’s courtyards in the summer.
The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday. Reservation is recommended. Payment is to be done directly with the restaurant as it is separate from the hotel.

Organize a customized seminar or meeting at Le Cep
We created new meeting rooms in 2015 that are accessible through a balcony with medieval architecture in the style of our current courtyard St Félix dated 1575. They will also have access to a landscaped terrace overlooking the ramparts surrounding the city of Beaune.
Equipped with all the latest technologies, while combining charm and functionality, we have created 4 rooms that are modular, offering many combinations of meeting set ups from 12 to 80 people.
The equipment put at your disposal includes a video-projector, 75 inch 4K television screen, tactile control center for wifi connection and image projection, paper board and all the cables for PC, mac, tablet. All of our meeting rooms are equipped with a broadband wireless internet access, free of charge.
Another meeting room is located on the ground floor, overlooking the garden – Charles le Téméraire is ideal for boardroom meetings up to 12 people.

Gastronomy and wine

Beaune, Capital of the wines of Burgundy. Every year on the 3rd Sunday of November, the famous wine auction of the Hospices the Beaune takes places in the city center, and it is the place to be for Burgundy wine lovers!
This is the world’s most important charity auction, hosted by a celebrity who will also be in charge of bids for the main “pièce” (300 bottle wine barrel), an exceptional wine whose profits will go to local charities. 3 intense days of festivities await you all around the city.
Beaune is in the middle of the “Route des Grands Crus”, or Grands Crus wine road, where over 600 winemakers are willing to open the doors of their cellars to introduce you to Burgundy wines.

Beaune, Cinema city, is the native town of Jules Etienne MAREY (born in 1830) who invented filmmaking.
