LE V RESTAURANT
Under the monumental glass roof created by the master glass artist Louis-Charles-Marie Champigneulle, on a frame designed by Gustave Eiffel, the restaurant of the Hotel Vernet is dedicated to the pleasure of the senses.
The kitchen is accessible to the eye through a bay window, creating a discreet and uninterrupted movement. The whole is animated by works of contemporary artists, placed here and there on the walls as in the residence of a Parisian collector.
In the plate, only the simplicity and the accuracy of the taste have the right to quote. The dishes prepared by our Chef emphasize the origin and taste qualities of the products selected with the utmost care.

THE BAR & LOUNGE
Light and shimmering, the bar of the Hotel Vernet offers an atmosphere, which is intimate, and as light as the sparkle of a champagne glass.the materials are noble, such as the virgin white Carrera marble counter, which with it’s rounded edges seems to be floating.
The ceiling is covered with a fresco, painted by internationally celebrated Jean-Michel Aberola, which seems to be reflecting the dynamics of the carpets designed by the same artist. The spirit of the place is tangible, surprise and seduces the Parisian and International clientele with the utmost sophistication, whether it be for a drink or a meal.

LE SALON SIGNATURE
The Signature Room, located across from the restaurant and bar area, enjoys beautiful daylight through its large windows. With seating for up to 15 people for a meeting set-up with projection and 18 people without projection, the Signature Room offers the ideal setting for your meetings as well as your professional and private lunches or dinners.
ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENTS
The Hotel Vernet has been committed for years to an approach of environmental responsibility, in order to reduce as much as possible our impact on the environment.
Thus, we favor cleaning and steam cleaning as much as possible and use only biodegradable cleaning products. We encourage our clients to use air conditioning sensibly, and linen is replaced on request.
Our eco-responsible hotel is committed to the daily management of resources. Single-use plastic has been completely banned from the Vernet Hotel, and our rooms are equipped with card-operated switches to reduce the use of electricity when our guests are not in their rooms.
Our teams work daily to limit our environmental impact, so all our waste is sorted including organic waste, up to soaps, which are recycled by the association Sapocycle. We also use as little paper as possible in all our services, and we offer to send invoices by email.
We take particular care with our suppliers and the products we offer to our customers. Most of the products in our breakfasts are organically grown, and our restaurant uses products sourced as locally as possible, and respecting the seasonality.
Our bathrooms are equipped with toiletry dispensers to limit packaging, and our linen is made of bamboo fiber, which combines comfort and durability. Finally, our employees are all trained in environmental commitments and actions.
