CUISINE
A full course menu of traditional French cuisine, made with bold ideas, delicate taste, and even more ingenuity, offering tastes suitable for a resort called Kamikochi.
Kamikochi French cuisine is cooked in an open kitchen where you can enjoy the five senses: vision, hearing, smell, touch and taste. Shinshu wines carefully selected by our exclusive sommelier and wines from all over the world add color to our dishes.
For the second night, we will serve “French Japone” course that combines French with Japanese cuisine, so you won’t get bored.
Wine
We also offer Shinshu wines carefully selected by our restaurant sommelier, delicious wines from all over the world, and a wide variety of local sake. There are also a variety of “glass wine set” and “Shinshu local set” with a set of three glasses, as well as non-alcoholic and soft drinks.
HOT SPRING
All guest rooms have a bath with free-flowing hot spring water. The large bathhouse is fully equipped with a spacious lounge with massage chairs. There are also two private baths that can be used to ensure privacy.
In an open-air bath overflowing with a feeling of openness, you can feel the soft source of the hot spring and the cool breeze of Kamikochi on your cheeks.
