The talented Chef Aziz elaborates a creative organice Cuisine with mediterranean influence. He set up his own kitchen garden with rare vegetables and aromatic herbs. Searching for the best products, preserving aroma, playing with spices: the melting of flavors with absolute authenticity.

The olive oil is produced from our own olive grove, Marmelades are home made from our fruit trees. Every day, breakfast is served in the harim, the gardens or the nomad terrace. Lunch and dinner are served by the pool, or anywhere else, according to the mood.

This treatment has been created to bring back softness and inner calm to the skin. To increase the benefits of the essential oil into the skin, we will start by a gentle soft exfoliation base on kaolin.

Seminars
The Ksar Char-Bagh offers an ideal atmosphere for organizing your seminar. Our 3 rooms are available and all necessary equipment. Ksar has 12 suites over the apartment and the tower used to accommodate up to 30 people. The staff is composed of approximately 60 people more managers.

The Orangery
This immense glass structure, 487 m2 wide and 7 m high, offers light and spacious contemporary space for all sorts of entertainment and events. The glass ceiling and doors/windows permit light to flow in and illuminate the interior lined with a variety of plants on each side of the lofty reception hall.

And the impressive doors slide wide open to a formidable teak-wood terrace, 300 m2 in size, taking the scope of the formidable reception area to all of 787 m2, and opening out onto a magnificent garden abundant with bi-centennial and tri-centennial trees, lemon trees, fig trees, palm trees and more.

A stream of water flows all around the edges, and spreads out towards the Orangery entrance with the murmuring sound water makes as it weaves its way through the garden. Although Orangery Hall is part of Ksar Char-Bagh, it remains a separate entity with its own private entry.

A marble-laden path lined with orange trees and rosebushes, softly illuminated in the evenings, leads the way to this marvel of an entrance with its ornate, intricately designed mosaic carvings in the arch-like forms that denote the grandeur of Andalusian style.

This splendid Hall, with its majestic brass doors standing on each side like guardians of this yet unknown gem of a place, is large enough to receive 350 people. In Orangery Hall, one has the sensation of being both inside and outside at the same time, as the garden is consistently visible from the interior.

There are two immense fireplaces inside with the capacity to warm the whole area while simultaneously creating a cosy, warm ambiance during the cooler winter months as well as air-conditioners to cool down the space during the hot Marrakech summers.
