“Clear your mind and let the sea breeze caress you” This was the first thing I felt when I discovered an old abandoned building, lazily perched on an amazing cliff that fascinated, almost bewitched me, with its silence and its open view of the horizon.
Renovated with respect for nature and the ancient local traditions, Le Capase Resort is the brightness of the stones of Lecce and the blue of the sea, it is Salento, its uniqueness and my passion.
THE TERRACE
Facing the garden and the infinite blue of the sea, the terrace at Le Capase Resort is a place to enjoy the small pleasures of a life savoured slowly. Forming a perfect continuum with the spacious living room, furnished in the tones of sun and sea, the terrace welcomes you at breakfast, for a quick luncheon or a romantic candlelight dinner. As you chat, your eyes become lost in the blue, creating wonderful memories to take home.
THE POOL
Salento is a magical place to discover day by day, it is the blue of the sea and the fragrances of the land. Le Capase Resort is a small corner of paradise where you can take refuge at the end of a splendid day, or a place to stay to savour fully Salento’s quiet natural beauty. While you lazily stretch out in the sun or enjoy the shade in the gazebo, the fresh sea air cools your days of sunshine and swimming in the endless blue.

We prepared exclusive beach experience tailored for you. An old path of fishermen, a wooden platform for sunbaths, a ladder suspended between the rocks and the arrival to the pristine sea of Salento. This is the place for all those who love silence, those who appreciate the stillness of nature, those looking for the thousand colors of the sky and inimitable sea.
AROMAS AND TASTES
Every day at Le Capase begins on the fabulous terrace with an abundant buffet meal of simple things that smell heavenly. Fresh fruits and juices, croissants, homemade sweets and the famous pasticiotti (filled pastries) of Lecce, yogurt, jam and Apulian bread, cured meats and eggs made to order.
Then there is a light lunch with produce freshly picked from our garden. Salads and things from the grill, friselle with tomatoes, light and fragrant pastas. Dinnertime is a time to relax, a time to enjoy the flavour of dishes from an area scented by the sea and the earth, lighted by the sparkle of a candle and the moon reflected on the waters.
RESTAURANT – PARADISE TERRACE
Enjoy inimitable terrace overlooking the Bluest of seas, tasting gastronomic delights of one and only chef Cristina Conte, with her creative and refined gourmet offer, where selection of each ingredient is delirious, products are mostly zero-kilometer grown in the organic garden of the resort or provided by carefully selected local suppliers.
This unique experience will reveal the most authentic flavors and aromas of our land. An international cellar blended with intimate and reserved environment will ensure a perfect setting for unforgettable moments.
THE ROOMS
Only 17 rooms: elegance and privacy. Sunshine, air and silence, nature and comfort. Each room at Le Capase has large windows opening onto a terrace or a patio, air conditioning and ceiling fan, safe, minibar, hair dryer, satellite wi-fi, HD SKY TV, bathrobe, pool towels and bathroom amenities.
CLASSIC
Housed in the centre of the Relais, our Classic rooms offer a sea view or garden view and a lovely terrace.
PRESTIGE
Our few Prestige rooms, spacious and comfortable, enjoy a nice private patio that faces directly onto the garden and the sea.
SUPERIOR
Unique and equipped with a large furnished terrace facing the sea, the Superior room offers a wonderful panorama that includes the historic sixteenth-century Minervino Tower and the park.
MASSAGES
The sea fragrances, the more citrous or herbaceous notes give us perceptions and sensations that merge with the benefits of massage with oil and pleasantly intensify its effects. The cosmetic candles with natural oils and butters and the solid oils give great effectiveness to the massage, moisturizing and softening the skin, taking away tensions and reinvigorating the body.

LOCATION
Atop a cliff overlooking the sea, in the Regional Natural Park that stretches from Otranto to Santa Maria di Leuca. We chose the eastern coast of Salento, one of the most spectacular and untouched in all of Apulia, and we wanted a resort that would be perfectly integrated with the landscape, a special view of the thousand shadings of the sea.

“BETTY”, our boat, a Boston Whaler Outrage 25, is available to lovers of the sea and fishing. Our sailor will lead you to discover the most beautiful and pristine coves of our coast.
BIKING
Exploring the paths among the olive groves or following the traces of the Roman roads on a warm summer afternoon is one of our guests’ favourite activities. Our mountain bikes are available to guests free of charge.
BIO TREKKING
Follow the tracks of the shepherds and the fishermen searching for aromatic Mediterranean herbs that can be tasted later in excellent infusions when you get back to the Hotel or back home.
TRIPS ON HORSE-BACK
Setting off from riding stables located a few minutes from the main building it is possible to take beautiful trips on horseback and explore the nearby bauxite lake.
