The tasting menus are inspired by the Energy and Therapeutic Garden that surrounds the restaurant: five areas with different cultivated or wild herbs.

LA LIMONAIA
Light and airy in design, the restaurant is reminiscent of the traditional lemon-houses that surround Lake Garda. Here, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine is served offering a contemporary twist on Italian classics.

OUR OILS
Extra virgin olive oil is an ingredient rich in organoleptic properties and nutritional values ​​and constitutes the main element of the Lefay Vital Gourmet philosophy and the Mediterranean diet. Our extra virgin olive oils are produced on Lefay’s farms on Lake Garda and in Tuscany.

An outdoor Infinity pool merges with the horizon. The hotel also features an additional pool with both indoor and outdoor areas and the “Source Roccolino” whirlpool, that stretch into the gardens overlooking the lake.

The water area is completed by an indoor thalassotherapy pool “La Luna nel Lago” and the new Adults Only SPA whirlpool for deep relaxation. The Lefay SPA offers seven different types of saunas and six relaxation areas to remove the stresses of everyday life.

The Fitness area consists of a large gym overlooking the lake, equipped with Technogym’s latest equipment and a fitness studio especially for muscle toning activities and classes.

OUTDOOR PATH
The activities which are integral to the Lefay SPA Method, are held amongst the age-old trees and Mediterranean shrubs.

Directly overlooking the lake, the Resort’s large park comprises a running circuit, a fitness trail with eight stations to improve muscle elasticity and the therapeutic energy garden, consisting of five stations associated with ancient symbols and meanings.

BIO-ARCHITECTURE
A design integrated into the local landscape and inspired by lemon groves, traditional local buildings used for the cultivation of lemons, characterised by original stone and wood pillars. The building fits into the morphology of the landscape with minimal visual impact. The interiors use natural materials from the local area.

ENERGY & RESOURCES
A technological centre produces electricity, heating and cooling through clean, renewable sources such as biomass, cogeneration and solar panels, for a reduction in CO2 emissions of 1.130t year. The rainwater harvesting and the management of the laundry room are orientated towards maximum water savings.

TERRITORY
Thanks to its excellent local relationships, Lefay contributes to the promotion of Lake Garda and collaborates with local agencies and associations through partnerships, co-marketing activities and sponsorship of cultural, social and sports events.
