THE BEEF LODGE
Summer or winter, for dinner, the Lodge Park offers you a journey of flavors through the refined cuisine of the Beef Lodge, a steak house offering a selection of meats from the best farms. You can savor without moderation ultra-melting or candied meats, a rare selection to choose from the menu or from our butcher’s stall.
Grilled meat, smoked with different types of wood, marinated, or cooked at a low temperature for more than 70 hours before being put in the Argentinean oven, in this refined place decorated with wood and warm hangings, enhanced with trophies and skins, we look at the menu and the butcher’s stall, which present only exceptional meats, as if we were leafing through a travel book.
The Beef Picanha, served with a subtle Béarnaise sauce, is a must try, even if you’re not hungry. The Beef Tomahawk, marinated and flambéed with Jack Daniel’s Honey, the T-Bone, perfect with a light vinegar sauce, the L-Bone and of course the Prime Rib… Are you more of a mac and cheese or truffle purée?
At the Lodge Park bar, in winter, lunch become gourmet brunches! Fried eggs, ham and cheese croissants and avocado toast, in an ultra-cozy atmosphere, come and share a sweet moment with friends after skiing or after your Pure Altitude treatment at the Spa.
