In the heart of Puglia, nestled within the South-Italian countryside, lies Masseria Elysium – a sustainable sanctuary surrounded by, and committed to, celebrating nature.
A ten-minute drive from Brindisi airport, guests can enjoy the freshest Pugliese produce against a stunning panoramic backdrop, offset by a luxury swimming pool and beautifully curated gardens. With 10 peaceful rooms, this tranquil hideaway is the perfect place to unwind and recharge.
Donated by the King Vittorio Emanuele III to the Guarini family of Mesagne, the villa was originally built in the 1800s as an agricultural estate. Today it has been restored to honour the essence of its origins and the 12 acre site currently operates as a certified organic farm.
Guests and visitors are encouraged to explore the picturesque surroundings and sample produce grown on-site; a leisurely stroll or gentle cycle will uncover a cornucopia of delicious seasonal delights including the regional favourites of peaches, melons figs and almonds.

ROOMS & SUITES
The beautifully curated guest rooms have been carefully designed to reflect the natural beauty of Puglia. Great attention has been given to maintain the original stone and domed ceilings which are synonymous with the area.
Expertly restored by local craftsman using local materials, these beautiful contemporary spaces allow guests to enjoy touches of modern luxury whilst experiencing true Italian hospitality. With no detail spared, each is furnished with stylish pieces made by local artisans.
Each room boasts a memory-foam mattress, air conditioning and a seating area. The spacious bathrooms are elegantly decorated with regional marble stone and equipped with organic toiletries, 100% cotton ‘Elysium’ bathrobe and slippers. Guests can take breakfast outside their rooms with their own private table with a tranquil view of our beautiful gardens.
THE RESTAURANT
Set within the grounds of the Masseria guests can enjoy the surroundings from which our wonderful produce is grown. When you dine with us you’ll find a menu reflecting what has been freshly picked that day. No matter what time of year you will find a plentiful choice of meat, fish, pasta and vegetarian dishes.
THE FARM
All year round our farm produces an amazing array of produce that our chefs use to create our increasingly innovative menus. Our dinner guests are able to dine within our beautifully arranged restaurant that aims to create a dining experience at one with nature. Our hotel guests have the additional opportunity to explore the land and pick produce at their leisure.
LOCAL SUPPLIERS
For food not grown on our farm we work with incredible local suppliers who deliver wonderful produce that has made Puglia famous for being the gastronomic center of Italy. Whether it is fresh fish from the Adriatic (less than 20km away) or traditional capocollo di Martina Franca you will always be able to sample something typical from our region.

CYCLING

MESAGNE (4,4 KM)
The closest town to Masseria Elysium is Mesagne – a historic town famous for Sagre dei Peschi, the Festival of Peaches. A popular choice for tourists its architecture is typical of the Puglia region.
SPECCHIOLLA BEACH (24,8 KM)
Specchiolla beach is characterized by white sandy and fine beach, uncrowded, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing in peace. Located in the town of Carovigno, it is well serviced with bars, restaurants and shower facilities.
OSTUNI (30,6 KM)
Known nationwide as la Città Bianca – “The White City” is famous for it charm, beautify atmosphere and of course food! During the summer months the place is full of festivals goers and tourists.
TORRE GUACETO (31,5 KM)
Torre Guaceto, one of the most visually stunning beaches in the area, became a nature reserve under the WWF’s supervision: you can’t get to the shore by car anymore, but there’s a little train that brings you to the bays.
In the summertime, you can often participate in interesting events at night, including music exhibitions and installation art events, with a very suggestive atmosphere.
LIDO MORELLI (43,3 KM)
