Masseria Le Carrube is a typical masseria (farmhouse) with a traditional tile roof, whose walls have the inner side with the stones in view and the external side whitewashed.
Only 6 km away from Ostuni downtown, it is situated at the feet of the hill on which “The White Town” rises up as a background, in a secluded and exclusive area characterised by the colours and the flavours of the Maquis shrubland, the typical vegetation of the Mediterranean region.
After little renovation carried out under the attentive eye of the owners, 14 rooms have been obtained that are very warm and cosy. They have the rustic appearance typical of the buildings of that area, but they are elegant and offer all of the comforts: air conditioning, mini-bar, LED tv and Wi-Fi. In the courtyard, once used as a sheepfold, there are 2 swimming pools, one of which is heated.

All our Suite rooms have a double bedroom, a separated living area with sofa bed and an external area with table, chairs and sunbeds. This is the ideal solution for couples or families.

LE CARRUBE RESTAURANT
Le Carrube is the vegetarian restaurant at Masseria Le Carrube. An ideal restaurant for those who love eating healthy while respecting traditions. It arose from the desire to propose a healthy cuisine and be careful to eating problems such as celiac disease and intolerances.
Le Carrube combines the raw materials of the territory in a modern way, with a particular attention for seasonal and biological food. Every evening, our chef Massimo Santoro proposes a different tasting menu for our guests with typical vegetarian dishes from Puglia.
EVENTS & WEDDINGS
All the spaces at Masseria Le Carrube, both interiors and exteriors, are perfect for different kind of events & weddings. The wonderful mediterranean garden with its peculiar pergola, the open space in front of the masseria and the two orange groves are evocative settings for events and wedding celebrations.
The large inside spaces, including the ancient oil mill containing an olive press with millstones, are ideal for banquets, while the peculiar Trullo inside the olive grove is perfect for weddings.
