Our wonderful manor house was built in the late-19th century and has recently been transformed into a welcoming boutique hotel, designed for those who choose to visit Puglia to immerse themselves in nature and relaxation.

Located in the beautiful town of Polignano a Mare, this historic property with an original and sophisticated “needle and thread” design boasts high quality services and splendid pastel-colored rooms overlooking our private gardens.

From the tower of the Resort, which houses our Royal Suite, guests can enjoy the spectacular views of the picturesque village of Triggianello and the surrounding towns of Polignano a Mare, Conversano, Castellana Grotte and Monopoli.

Our villa hosts an enchanting salt-water swimming pool carved into natural rock with cascading water jets. A poolside area with loungers ideal for sipping a cocktail lulled by the sweet sounds of the countryside. Plus the villa also hosts a reading room, tailor’s room, bar and dining areas with local products at km 0.

Our historic structure, with an original and sophisticated design with a “needle and thread” theme, has ten splendid pastel-colored rooms overlooking vast Italian gardens.

From the tower of the Resort, used as a Suite, you can enjoy the spectacular view of the small village of Triggianello and the surrounding towns of Polignano a Mare, Conversano, Castellana Grotte and Monopoli.

ZEPHIR ROYAL SUITE
The Royal Suite Zephir, with its exclusive access to the Resort’s panoramic tower, is certainly the perfect place for your stay. It is ideal for a romantic getaway and priceless experience of the countryside in absolute relaxation.

With its 60 square meters of internal surface spread over two floors, this Suite offers its guests the following: first floor with sleeping area with double bed and a suggestive bathroom with wooden ceiling and stone walls, second floor with living area and a private terrace of 40 sqm with a private hot tub.

Through the large windows, the warm sunlight brightens the living area in a continuous play of light and shadow, enhancing the simplicity and beauty of this whimsical space.

From the living area, an antique French door leads to the splendid terrace with a private hot tub and sunbathing beds from which to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea, the small village of Triggianello and the surrounding towns of Polignano a Mare, Conversano, Castellana Grotte and Monopoli.

PIQUET SUITE
The Piquet Suite is designed to host four guests. The Piquet Suite is large and spacious and is located on the first floor of the main villa. Elegant and comfortable, with an area of ​​45 square meters, it is perfect for a family stay in a refined and bright space.

The interiors are characterized by original color combinations that are illuminated by the warm sunlight that penetrates from the large windows in the three rooms of the room: living room with double sofa bed, sleeping area with double bed and luxurious bathroom with a large bathtub and shower.

PIN POINT JUNIOR SUITE
Steeped with the smell of the gaura and lined by a delightful citrus grove, the Junior Suite Pin Point is your exclusive corner of paradise. Located in a detached villa a few steps from the building and the pool, the uniqueness of this environment will enchant you.

This little corner of paradise enjoys a private entrance and a lovely private garden with a soft lawn, relaxing loungers and Jacuzzi. The Typical Apulian dry stone walls surround the outdoor space of this charming suite, furnished with simplicity and elegance in white and pastel green shades.

With its 55 square meters of internal surface distributed on a single floor, this Suite offers its guests: sleeping area with double bed, bathroom and a bright living room with double sofa bed.

CHAMBRAY
The Deluxe Superior Chambray, is located on the first floor of manor house, and boasts 30 square meters of sophisticated elegance, with a small balcony where you can relax surrounded by the scent of the jasmine pergola below.

This large room in shades of blue, framed by a modern four-poster bed, is furnished with a skilful combination of design objects, period furniture and contemporary furniture of local craftsmanship.

VICHY
Surrounded by fragrant rows of lavender flowers, the Deluxe Garden Vichy is the ideal space to be relax in surrounded by the countryside. Located a few steps from the manor house this 35 sqm villette has an independent entrance and a small private garden overlooking the swimming pool with private lawn, table and chairs.

The glass french doors gives the interior natural lighting allowing access to the garden. In this room, internal and external spaces flow into each other, guaranteeing an immersive experience in nature.
