From the moment you arrive, you will be whisked away in our fleet of private cars, and a short 10 minute drive later, you will be driving through the front gates of the estate and welcomed with our signature estate cocktail and a refreshing cold towel.
The awaiting staff, ready to show you to your luxurious suite, help with unpacking and then show you around one of the most unique properties you will ever encounter. During 2022 all bookings are exclusive, we will only have one Group of Guests on the property at a time with full use of all common facilities.

The 8 bedroomed main house is set into the cliff and has huge rooms with high ceilings whilst the Beach House offers Beach front informality and Bay View Villa offers contemporary luxury all set within a 7 acre gated estate with white sand beaches and stunning tropical gardens. We only have one set of guests on our property at a time during 2022.
THE MAIN HOUSE
Comprised of the Main House, Top Reef View Suites and Folly Tower this Villa is the original residence to be built on the property, completed in 2004.
7 Large Bedroom suites and our Folly Tower Suite, 6 of which have private balconies and sun loungers, with views of the bay and the large infinity swimming pool, whilst the Reef View Suites all have bi-fold doors and share a large terrace with stunning views of the surrounding bay and reefs.
All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms with oversized showers, whilst most of the rooms also have a large bathtub. The average size of the suites is 1,000 square feet (100m2) and can comfortably accommodate additional rollaway beds (except for the Folly Tower).
Each suite is fitted with an oversized imported king size bed and luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. This villa also has a separate kitchen available for use by a Nanny or your personal staff for any strict dietary requirements. Can accommodate up to 20 people
THE BEACH HOUSE
With its own private driveway and parking or walking down from the Main House past the large infinity pool and down on to the private beach you come to the 4 bedroom Beach House.
Each spacious room has it own private entrance, and one of which opens up with direct access to the private Beach House swimming pool, whilst the other ground floor suite opens up onto a private garden.
The rooms on the top floor are 1,200 square feet (120m2) in size, and the two on the ground floor are 900 square feet (90m2). Each of these bedrooms has a large en-suite bathroom and an additional outdoor shower for two.
The Beach House has a full kitchen, outdoor Tiki kitchen and BBQ, an additional private laundry room, private deck and seating for 20 people comfortably.
There is also a sitting room with doors that open up fully onto the beach and an additional half bath. In addition, each bedroom has a king sized pull-out sofa bed and additional beds can easily be placed in
THE BAY VIEW VILLA
Contemporary styled, 4 bedroom villa with stunning vistas of Mount Hartman Bay. This villa is very contemporary, with white quartz floors and bathrooms.
There are 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (with tub) and imported king size beds, and 2 twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and (imported twin sized beds which can be combined to make a regular king sized bed).
Every room in this villa has floor to ceiling sliding or bi-fold doors with breathtaking views of the Bay which can be enjoyed from each bedroom’s private balcony. There is a large open plan kitchen (with 2 dishwashers), opening onto a sitting room with a sit up bar and large laundry room.
This house is fitted out with high end Miele appliances and every room has the newest LG air-conditioning system concealed behind works of art. In addition, this villa has a large infinity edge pool, Jacuzzi (hot tub) and large gazebo.
This villa is set within its own 1 acre walled garden, it can be very private whilst still benefiting from the amenities and service of the Estate.
EVENTS
Mount Hartman Bay Estate is set on a private peninsula and offers luxury and privacy. We can plan your event with you or can work with your Event Planner. We have 7 acres of gated estate with wraparound private white sand beaches, 3 swimming pools and many terraces. We can host both indoor and outdoor events.
The fire pit is a great place to get together with family and friends and the celebrations can be as informal or formal as you wish. We can do everything from a beach BBQ to a gourmet silver service dinner. Our Head Chef is multi award winning and he is ably assisted by a fabulous team.
WEDDINGS & HONEYMOONS

Wedding package includes paperwork, wedding celebrant (religious or celebration of love), floral arch, flowers for bridal party, button holes for grooms party, decoration of venue. GRENADA
Located on the beautiful and unspoilt island of Grenada with daily flights from the USA and Canada (Atlanta, New York, Miami and Toronto), and four flights a week from London and Frankfurt.
The nearest airport is Maurice Bishop International Airport in St Georges, Grenada and can receive private planes of any size and has full FBO facilities.
This stunning property is situated on a privately owned 6.5 acre peninsula meaning it has all the benefits of a private island without the accessibility issues. Grenada is renowned for being one of the safest islands in the Caribbean, which will be evident from the moment you arrive.
Home to St George’s University the Island has close links with both the USA and as a former British Protectorate and a member of the Commonwealth it is very proud of its British Heritage. Driving is according to the British ‘drive on the left’ and the power supply and legal system are all British.
Blessed with a ‘perfect’ climate, the year round temperature only varies by 2 or 3 degrees all year round and hours of sunshine every day. Grenada is one of the purest sources of drinking water in the world.
Grenada is very welcoming to Visitors and we are genuinely proud of our beautiful country and keen to show it to visitors. Everywhere you will be greeted with wide smiles and ‘welcome’.
Whilst some guests never want to leave our property (we had one Group who did not leave at all for 10 days’, we love to show our guests around and here are a few of our favourite activities. At all times you will be accompanied by a member of staff to ensure your comfort.
We have a 31 foot motor cruiser (with Captain and restroom) and 3 vehicles (with driver), we also have 2 person kayaks so you can explore by water and by land. Here are a few of our suggestions:
- Numerous waterfalls to explore and swim in, let us have cooler of drinks waiting for you after your climb and swim
- Jungles and rugged mountain peaks to climb
- Picturesque historic downtown
- Dozens of white sandy beaches, we can travel there by boat or by road and have a private picnic or bbq.

- Rum distillery tour stopping at ‘rum shacks’ on the way ‘home’
