NOLITAN SUITE
Our premium suite with corner living room is 513 square feet. The Nolitan suite is perfectly situated to offer remarkable city views of the Empire State Building. Entertain your friends in the private living room, spread out on the king bed in the separate master bedroom, soak in the tub or sip on a cocktail from The Usual

CORNER ROOM
King rooms located on floors 2-9 and are 265 square feet. This room features floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Elizabeth Street, Kenmare Street and the Williamsburg Bridge from the upper floors. This room includes a separate water closet, an open-style bathroom floor plan complete with a rain shower, vanity area and soaking tub.

Hardwood oak floors, an expansive yet sleek desk and a striking Venetian plaster wall add drama and lush accents to the refreshing ambiance. For additional space, all Neighborhood Corner rooms can share a private foyer with a Neighborhood room that has a king bed.

NEIGHBORHOOD BALCONY 
Queen rooms with neighborhood balconies on floors 2-9 and are 235 square feet. Overlooking Kenmare Street, our Neighborhood Balcony Rooms feature a private glass-encased balcony with bench seating.

Kimika is a Japanese-Italian restaurant in the heart of Nolita, serving a menu that highlights seasonal, locally sourced produce and Japanese and Italian ingredients, led by chef Christine Lau.

Largely centered around Mulberry Street, Little Italy represents New York’s Italian heritage that dates back to the 1880’s.

SOHO
Once home to New York’s artists and avant-garde set, SoHo is now New York City’s premier boutique shopping destination. SoHo sits just “South of Houston Street” and is a short walk from The Nolitan Hotel.
