The day commences with Breakfast and we start every day with a super selection of dishes that champions our suppliers in the area. The recent award-winning AA Two Rosette Dining room offers an a la carte menu daily from 6.30pm until 9.00pm.

THE COCKTAIL BAR
The Cocktail Bar shares the gracious elegance of its past. Opulent fabrics, traditional furnishings and Cormac Boydell art pieces gaze down from the walls of this room which is a perfect place to settle in and relish the moment.
Manager John Moriarty leads a team of experienced bartenders creating exquisite cocktails. The cocktail list features signature classics and old favourites from stirred Martinis to Old Fashioned.
With a full selection of cocktails, liqueurs and brandies, our experienced bar team also offer private whiskey experiences as the bar boasts one of the largest whiskey collections in Europe.
THE CHAMPAGNE BAR
The Dining Room hosts the Champagne Bar. An intimate venue with where guests can enjoy glass of champagne from an impressive array of renowned houses pre dinner or to toast a special occasion.
THE DRAWING ROOM
