LOTUS

TERRACE
Terrace is a light-drenched space, specialising in modern Italian inspired fare. This indoor and al fresco restaurant affords views over the island and ocean, offering a sophisticated yet laid-back venue for breakfast or dinner.
In the morning, guests can choose from a large selection of homemade pastries and juices, or from the à la carte menu with healthy options from COMO Shambhala. At night, our mixologists will prepare inventive cocktails to enjoy before a Italian feast.
COMO BEACH CLUB
COMO Beach Club at COMO Parrot Cay offers a laid back decking space overlooking a curl of white sand on the main beach. It presents a more relaxed alternative to the resort’s other dining venues, while retaining the same pin-sharp service and stylish design found throughout the island.
Guests can enjoy light Caribbean bites from our snack menu and fresh, beach-inspired cocktails by day. After sunset, the ambience switches to a more vibrant soundtrack, complimented by sultry “after dark” cocktails prepared by our island mixologist.

Saturday: Taste of the Cay
Every Saturday, Lotus restaurant celebrates the best of Parrot Cay, serving dishes such as fresh-off-the-grill Caribean jerk chicken, lobster and snapper.

AYURVEDIC THERAPY
Ayurveda means ‘the science or knowledge of life’ and is an ancient system of Indian holistic healthcare.
Ayurvedic wellness programmes aim to restore the body to a natural state of equilibrium by rectifying imbalances in the body’s three doshas — vata, pitta and kapha — that make up the body’s constitution. Benefits include weight loss, stress relief and detoxification.
Wherever our Ayurvedic therapies are available, we also provide an Ayurvedic Doctor to prescribe the most appropriate treatments. He or she will also add nutritionist support in personalised eating plans. We recommend a minimum of three treatments for optimal results.
