This love of folk culture reaches its peak during the annual Culturama Festival, held on the first Monday in August to mark Emancipation Day on the island of Nevis.
HISTORY
Nevis holds particular historical significance, not least because of its famous residents over the years. British hero, Horatio Nelson of the Battle of Trafalgar fame was stationed here when he met and married a young Nevisian woman, Francis Nisbet.
We are also the proud birthplace and home town of American Founding Father and Secretary of Treasury for George Washington, Alexander Hamilton. Hamilton House stands today and welcomes visitors.

OUTDOORS
The luxury and beauty of the Villas open onto private pool decks, where you can enjoy a private lounge pool, a plunge pool, and a gorgeous Cabana – perfect for dining or entertaining outside in the island splendour.
BEDROOMS
Our 4-Bedroom Villas have two King Rooms, two Guest Rooms with the option to convert one into a twin. The King Rooms each boast a king-size, four-poster bed and spectacular views from their private balcony and patio.
The ensuite bathrooms in each room open onto an outdoor marble shower room. Our Guest Rooms are designed around a locally hand crafted, king-size bed, with glass walls to open onto the gardens. The en-suite bathroom is complete with a luxurious marble shower.
DRINKS
Our private Beach Bar is steps away from your villa and is exclusive to guests. Relax on a chaise lounge or drift off in a hammock. Our mixologists will tantalize your senses with their specialty recipes.
BREAKFAST
You can enjoy a continental breakfast down on the beachfront seven days a week. We serve home baked pastries, bagels, smoothies, fresh local fruit, granola and yoghurt with local Nevis honey.
LUNCH
A simple, light lunch menu is also available at the beach bar, offering fresh salads, sandwiches and light fare with local ingredients and fresh catch.

DEEP SEA FISHING
The waters around Nevis are teeming with game fish such as tuna, barracuda, sailfish, blue marlin, wahoo and mahi mahi.

In mid-October, the island hosts the Nevis Sports Fishing Tournament, inviting visitors and keen anglers can register to take part in this remarkable tournament.
