Location
A secluded refuge lies at Akrotiri, in a private sanctuary of lavishness. A cherry-picked location, seven kilometers away from the hustle-and-bustle of Fira, provides swoon-worthy 360o unobstructed vistas to the fierce beauty of the landscape.
Only one hundred meters away from our hotel lies one of the very few beaches of the Caldera. Just follow the switchback trail leading to the black pebbled coast. Featuring convenient amenities, such as sun loungers and umbrellas, the beach is famous for its incomparable Caldera views.
Known for its otherworldly charm, the Red Beach is surrounded by the imposing rocks, showcasing red hues. An exquisite example of the volcanic forging power, the beach is one of the most famous attractions on the island, found in a fifteen-minute drive from our premises.
You can also visit, the magnificent White Beach, that juxtaposes its lovely white hues. Less touristic than the Red Beach, here you can unwind in carefree moments.
Located on the extreme southwest, at Akrotiri Lighthouse you can capture the real essence of tranquility, as the celestial festivities reach to a climax.
Watching the sunset from there, is bliss and is just two kilometers away from our hotel. Nearby you will also find the Akrotiri Archaeological Site, where the ruins of the ancient settlement lie.
An excellent example of the Bronze Age, the ruins covered by lava’s dust finds are preserved magnificently, attracting many visitors.
The hotel is situated approximately twelve kilometers away from the Athinios Port, almost fourteen kilometers away from the Airport and thirteen kilometers from Fira. We offer our guests a free parking space to enjoy carefree strolls to the quaint landscape.

The Heart & Soul of Phos Gastronomy
Coming from a long line of cooks, our Chef, Kostas Angelopoulos, was born carrying creative cooking genes in his DNA.
He started his career at an early age cooking in small restaurants, when he decided to enroll at one of the best cooking schools in Greece, CHEF D’ OEUVRE. In the meantime, he started working in some of the country’s finest restaurants and hotels, mastering his art alongside prestigious Greek Chefs.
In the years that followed, he set out on a culinary journey throughout Greece, discovering the secrets of traditional gastronomy in local cuisines, and exploring the dynamics of unique ingredients and their combinations.
In his gastronomic wanderings, he was inspired to transform traditional recipes into modern masterpieces while preserving their distinctive character. Finally, in 2015, all roads led him here in Santorini, where, within a short time, he won an FNL award -two years in a row- in the category of creative Greek cuisine.
His future aspiration is to raise the bar of the creative Greek cuisine higher, experimenting with, unknown to most, exquisite local products and innovative recipes.
