15 rooms and suites all different but with the same welcoming and intimate atmosphere to make your stay truly exclusive. The barrel or star vaults and high ceilings, typical of Apulia’s historical buildings, provide a sense of suspension and intimacy. Here you can enjoy the wellness and feeling of freedom that this region provides.

Our refined rooms stand out for the muted colours that hint at the town’s architecture, the prestigious materials used, such as wood and Apulia stone, and essential furniture. Some of the rooms have large windows, others have skylights.

Those who care about privacy will appreciate the independent entrance of some of the suites. Small design details embellish the atmosphere of the living room, which features a wooden sideboard, a table with chairs, and a comfortable double sofa bed.

Some of the suites (which measure up to 70 sq.m) can sleep up to 4 people and are provided with a safe, air conditioning, hair drier, bathrobe, toiletries, slippers, and Bulgari amenities. During the booking stage, you can indicate your favourite suite. His stylishly combined dishes promise a journey through the senses of the past and present, with projection into the future where the comforting flavours of the earth will reign strong.

An expert selection of local and Italian wines accompany our dishes and during the summer season, dinner is served in the ancient Spanish garden where orange and olive trees provide a charming backdrop.

A staircase dug out of the rock leads us to three ancient cisterns, used in the past to collect oil, and now dedicated to wine tasting: our unique Winery.
