The Relais is divided into three exclusive Suites, equipped with luxurious services and comforts, each with a panoramic view and elegant design furnishings. They are the Kendra Deluxe Room, the Suite Spa Kristina and the Royal Suite Spa Maria Luisa.

THE LOCATION
La Speranzina is located in Sirmione, considered the pearl of the Lake Garda, a few steps from the Castle, within the ancient walls. Its location offers one of the most beautiful lake views from any corner.

Absolutely not to be missed: the Castle, the Roman ruins known as “Grotte di Catullo”, the church of San Pietro in Mavino, the cathedral dedicated to Santa Maria della Neve, and, of course, the Thermal Baths. Ideal starting point for many excursions and to enjoy the most important events such as the Mille Miglia and the concert season at the Arena di Verona.

THE INTERIORS
The rooms are furnished with taste and elegance, every detail has been carefully chosen. From the soft colors ivory and mother of pearl of the complements, to the white of the linen tablecloth and the lights, to create a relaxing atmosphere in which you can totally immerse yourself.

THE PEOPLE
La Speranzina was born from an idea of the owner Stefano Giordani, who manages the both the Restaurant and the Relais and welcomes guests with his family. His passion and experience, supported by a trained and professional staff of 14 people is available to meet every need.

THE SUMMER AREA
The property offers an elegant summer area, ideal for special occasions and to host all those travellers searching an “Wow” level experience. The panoramic terraces with a privileged view of Lake Garda and Sirmione ancient walls, offers glimpses of suggestive and colorful landscapes.

ROYAL SUITE SPA MARIA LUISA
The non plus ultra for luxury lovers: 101 sqm. and 4 sqm balcony. The Royal Suite enjoys many panoramic views: on the Castle, on the beach, on the internal garden; and of course on the lake, thanks to the wonderful private balcony that juts out from the tower onto the blue waters of Lake Garda.

The large entrance leads to a spacious living room with minibar, dining table, work station and a magnificent ornamental Louis XV marble decorative fireplace. The suite is decorated with light wooden boiseries and carpet of fine pearly wool.

The master bedroom is of rare beauty, with capitonné headboards and king size bed. The authentic distinctive mark of the suite is the bathroom with Spa area: “water paradise” and “tepidarium”, embellished with gold taps and covered in Carrara marble.

The Spa area includes steam bath, Finnish sauna, ice fountain, hot tub and a relaxation area with a circular bed heated to 35 ° which regenerates and purifies the body.

Conceived for moments of fun and relaxation with the aquatic elemen the shower is divided into a warm section, with tropical rains and revitalizing aromas, and a cold section, with fog and essences with mint and eucalyptus.

SUITE SPA KRISTINA
The Suite SPA Kristina is a splendid and large suite – 79 sqm. and 20 sqm. of private terrace suspended on the blue mirror of Lake Garda. The elegant light wood boiseries are enhanced by the furniture that represents the best expression of contemporary design.

The suite is a large open space, embellished with an ornamental marble fireplace and has a spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom stands out for its gold taps and the black Marquinia and white Carrara marble coverings.

The Suite offers an exclusive private wellness area with Finnish sauna, steam bath and a relaxing emotional shower and chromotherapy. The hot tub set in the room allows you to look out over the lake.

DELUXE KENDRA
The Deluxe Kendra Room – 37 sq m. with 15 sqm. private courtyard – overlooking the internal garden and terrace of La Speranzina, is surrounded by a green hedge. A spacious entrance with a walk-in closet leads to the heart of the room, consisting of bedroom and bathroom.

Prevalence of light and subdued tones, the Kendra Deluxe Room is enriched with elegant light wood boiseries and fine wool pearly carpeting, enhanced by refined linen, and a selection of comfortable pillows. The bathroom is covered with precious marble, tap in fine chrome and porcelain.

The Suites, all the restaurant areas and kitchen at La Speranzina are the result of a wide excavation in 700 cubic meters of land directly at the lake level; 300 square meters kitchen, entirely designed by the owner Stefano Giordani.

A brigade of chefs operates in a very comfortable working atmosphere, with the last cuisine equipments. Everything has been designed in an eco-sustainable perspective and particular attention has been paid to the healthiness of the environment; the appliances are electric or induction, ensuring maximum hygiene.

The raw materials are carefully selected to bring the best of local products to the table, combined with more refined ingredients to create unique dishes. Particular attention is given to the presentation of the dishes. Each preparation becomes an event that enhances the senses and brings great emotions to the table.

Speranzina has a cuisine where tradition is closely associated with gastronomic experimentation. Great importance is given to the selection of all products, only of the highest level, trying to identify the best cooking technique.

Fresh sea and lake fish, local vegetables and mushrooms, strictly Garda oils are the basis of our menus which scrupulously explore the seasons. Two independent working areas have been dedicated to desserts as the haute patisserie is an absolute protagonist, and bread-making.

Renewed on the 2017, the kitchen of La Speranzina Restaurant & Relais is today a true laboratory of taste. A giant job of excavation (700 cubic meters of land directly at the lake level) made by numerous workers which required the closure of the restaurant for 2 consecutive years for all winter months.

The result is a 300 square meter kitchen, entirely designed by the owner Stefano Giordani in close collaboration with Silvio Tedeschi, owner of Tedeschi srl, a leading company in Italy that since 1948 designs and manufactures cutting-edge kitchens.

Everything has been designed in an eco-sustainable perspective: the equipment is electric, but thanks to an innovative computerized distribution and management system that controls its individual power, it has been possible to reduce energy needs with significant savings in consumptions.

This means that the kitchen works with a quarter of the electricity that a kitchen of this size and type would normally need. Particular attention was paid to the healthiness of the work environment and thanks to a powerful Air Treatment Unit it is possible to filter and purify the air in an optimal way.

There are no open gas flames, all the hobs are induction and therefore easy to clean, as well as all the worktops, which are in one-piece, do not have joints and guarantee maximum hygiene. The result obtained is to allow the chefs brigade to operate in a very comfortable working atmosphere, to enhance the final goal with fresh and elegant dishes.

THE WINE CELLAR
To guarantee the best culinary experience, our sommelier is at your disposal to help you combining the perfect wine with the refined dishes of our kitchen. Our Restaurant offers a big and prestigious national and international wine labels selection, with a special attention to the regional and local proposals, and a wide choice of Champagne and fine sparklings.

Tastings of particular wines accompanied by selected dishes to enhance their characteristics are offered periodically. To complete our offer, an ample choice of liqueurs and spirits of the best productions to satisfy even the most refined palates.

The selection of the most important labels of the sector, national and international, satisfies every taste and need for an aperitif or an exclusive after dinner.

THE BAR
Directly on the lake, in front of a breathtaking panoramic view, an elegant terrace hosts the Bar Ginevra – Lounge Bistrot, during the summer, for those who love to be surrounded by luxury and beauty.
