At Regina Giovanna, we like to take things slow. And not just because of the nature we live in. Food is another element that needs time. Time to grow, time to cook, and yes, time to eat. It’s an ancient lesson that we still regard as sacred in our restaurant, where each ingredient is unique in its simplicity.

Our olive oil is made right here, fruit and vegetables are picked and plucked every day, our bread is cooked in a wood oven, the pasta is homemade, fish and meat are locally sourced, and wines and spirits are carefully paired with each dish according to local traditions. These are all small, passionate rituals that make your meal truly special.

PANE E OLIO RESTAURANT
We always advise guests to try our restaurant PANE & OLIO at least once, so that they can personally sample the marvels of our kitchen. Our chef masterfully combines the high-quality ingredients into healthy and mouth-watering dishes.

Everything is fresh, nothing is frozen, and our vegetarian or celiac guests will always find choices suitable for them. In order to ensure the highest quality standards, we can seat only a limited number of guests and the menu changes daily based on the best ingredients available.

THE BEACH
The Romans used this lovely, fjord-like inlet as an elite spa. Today, it’s the Regina Giovanna own private beach club, accessible only via water or from the property.

Rounded rocks eroded by the perpetual motion of the sea, the Relais beach, accessible only for our guests, is a fjord near the famous baths of Regina Giovanna, it was already popular in Roman times and you can see the remains of an ancient villa.

This natural attraction is tastefully complemented by our bar and lounge area, with its ocean blue lime finishes, where guests can enjoy snacks, meals and drinks – all day long. Peaceful and quiet, this small inlet – or caletta – is fully equipped with deck chairs, towels and beach umbrellas, available to guests free of charge.
