THE GRILLE
The Grille features the only indoor wood-fired grill in Jamaica that uses local indigenous logwood, which imparts a touch of smoky richness to earthy flavours. Our modern Caribbean methods result in simple, locally-produced, and sustainable fine dining in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

Situated above the bar and terrace, The Grille offers panoramic views and whitewashed interiors that maintain a classic aesthetic of effortless tropical luxury. The Grille is open for dinner seasonally mid-December through March. Breakfast is served daily.

THE SEASIDE TERRACE
