This is the beach getaway you’ve been dreaming of. All 48 beachfront units are located directly on the crescent beach in four 3-story buildings. These premium units offer a front row experience of staying on the beach. You will hear the waves and feel the fresh trade breezes.

HILLSIDE CONDOMINIUMS – SECRET HARBOUR VILLAS
All 20 hillside units are located above the resort’s freshwater pool in three 3-story buildings accessed via stairs from the parking lot. These more budget conscious units include access to all resort amenities and are tucked into the landscaped hills adjacent to the freshwater pool.

BEACHFRONT THREE-BEDROOM CONDOMINIUM SUITE
Literally on the beach and nestled among the palm trees, Beachfront 3-Bedroom Condominiums provide the ultimate beach experience for up to 8 people. These units are ideal for 3 couples, a family, or small group who want easy access to the beach and resort amenities.

Your experience includes a private oceanfront patio or balcony where you can relax and dine to the sounds of gentle ocean waves. You will have three private bedrooms with king-size beds. There is also a living area with a full-sized sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

HILLSIDE ONE-BEDROOM SUITES
Tucked into the hills near the pool, Hillside 1-Bedroom Condominiums provide a more remote experience with great views. Units accommodate 2-4 people and feature a private patio or balcony, fully equipped kitchen, private bedroom with king-size bed, private bathroom, and living area with comfortable furnishings including a couch that pulls-out into a full-sized bed. Access to the beach and resort amenities is via stairs down the hillside.

OCEANFRONT HOTEL ROOM
Conveniently located near the lobby, the oceanfront rooms are available for physically challenged guests. These are not condominiums but hotel-style rooms that can accommodate a wheelchair.

Rooms are designed for up to 2 people and feature wheelchair ramp access, king-size bed, private bathroom that is wheelchair accessible, private patio, and kitchenette with a microwave, mini-refrigerator, and coffee maker. Some rooms are ADA-compliant.

THE PATIO
The Patio at Sunset Grille is a 58-seat, Tiki Bar-style restaurant located directly on the beach offering a delicious fusion of Caribbean and Southwest cuisines, along with creative tropical cocktails perfect for enjoying with your feet in the sand.

The Patio provides shaded open-air dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner while taking in the extraordinary views and sounds of the gentle ocean waves.

The Patio is casual with a diverse menu that is sure please everyone in your family with breakfast classics, tasty appetizers, and a full selection of salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and entrees. Its central location on the beach next to the lobby provides easy walking access from the Beachfront condominiums.

BEACH BAR
The cabana-style bar at the Patio offers VIP seating and bottle service. Enjoy cool drinks with a beachside view and TV screens nestled into the bar overhead, so you can keep up with your favorite sports team or current events.

GROCERY DELIVERY
Spend more time on the beach and less time taking cabs to the grocery store. Secret Harbour Beach Resort is pleased to offer a partnership with St. Thomas’ premier grocery to provide fresh food delivery to your condominium. The beach is in a private cove and lined with tropical palm trees, sugary sand, and a gentle slope into the sea – perfect for children and adults. We also have a fitness center and tennis courts at our St Thomas hotel, along with hammocks and comfortable beach loungers for those who simply want to unwind.

Water sport activities and concierge services are handled by the PADI Certified Aqua Action Dive and Watersports Center. If you prefer a land based adventure to Coral World, a historical tour, zip line through the forest, or a day on the golf course, Secret Harbour’s concierge service is conveniently located at Aqua Action and they can book that for you too.

THE SWIMMING POOL
Located hillside with spectacular views of the ocean and neighboring islands, Secret Harbour’s pool is nestled into the landscaping that surrounds the property. Here you can enjoy some freshwater swimming and sunning while you overlook the protected beach and harbour that surrounds the resort.

The pool is a refreshing way to soak in the sun or cool down in a quiet spot above the beach. Read in peace or do some yoga while taking in the view. Comfortable loungers and complimentary towels are provided.

FITNESS CENTER
Before heading out to our St Thomas beach, some guests enjoy working out in our air-conditioned fitness center. You’ll be able to exercise Virgin Island style while gazing at the gentle waves of the Caribbean Sea.

The fitness center features aerobic equipment including treadmills and elliptical machines along with free weights. To ensure a cool exercise experience contact the lobby to request the AC be turned on.

The fitness center is located between the Secret Harbour lobby and the street entrance to Aqua Action Dive Center. Your elevated view over the beach and into the harbour is sure to inspire you to be your best. After your workout you can cool off with an ocean swim or challenge yourself to snorkeling, scuba diving or stand up paddle boarding.

TENNIS
Have you ever thought about playing tennis in the Caribbean? Can you feel our perfect sun with cooling ocean breeze as you play with a backdrop of palm trees and gentle waves? Our St Thomas beach resort offers tennis with a perfect view of Secret Harbour’s Nazareth Bay.

And – the court near building 4 on the beach was professionally resurfaced to tournament grade in 2018. When you are done with your match, you may want to take a stroll down to the beach and continue your active day with some stand-up paddle boarding, snorkeling, scuba diving or a boating excursion.

WATERSPORT RENTALS
Watersport Activities at Secret Harbour’s Aqua Action Dive Center – One of the best watersports and dive shops on St Thomas and in the entire USVI is conveniently located at Secret Harbour. Guests can simply walk down the beach for a variety of watersport rentals, diving and boating excursions.

DIVING
This PADI 5-Star dive and IDC center is licensed to train beginners, SCUBA Diving Instructors, and the physically challenged. Our affiliations are PADI, SDI/TDI and HSA. We love what we do, and we look forward to satisfying your craving for adventure.

Secret Harbour offers several money saving dive and stay packages for the diving enthusiast. It is also the only HSA (Handicapped Scuba Association) certified dive shop in the Virgin Islands offering a variety of dive programs for the physically challenged. Join us for shore or boat dives.

BOAT CHARTERS

HISTORY OF ST. THOMAS
Christopher Columbus has been credited with “discovering” Saint Thomas during his second voyage to the New World in 1493. The island, however, was left unguarded by Spain and became a haven for pirates.

Small independent settlements dotted the island for centuries before a permanent town was established. Later the Dutch arrived, followed by Danish settlers. The island is a showcase with stunning examples of Danish Colonial architecture along with the vibrant markets and cultural sites of the island’s indigenous West Indian population.

Today, the white sandy beaches, colorful culture and exotic natural beauty of Saint Thomas attract visitors from across the globe. From world-class shopping and fine dining, to an endless variety of exciting outdoor adventures including kayaking, scuba diving, sailing, sport-fishing and more.

THE ALLURE OF ST. JOHN USVI
In addition to ample on-site opportunities for a fun and relaxing Saint Thomas vacation, Secret Harbour offers convenient access to St. Thomas’ sister island of St John USVI. Ferries depart from Red Hook (five minutes from the resort).

Our knowledgeable concierge team is available to help guide your Virgin Island explorations, including suggested itineraries, schedules for the ferry to St. John and transportation options.

PASSENGER FERRY TO THE US VIRGIN ISLAND OF ST. JOHN
Guests wishing to explore the neighboring island of St. John can hop on the ferry (see link to schedule above) from Red Hook located just one mile from the resort ($5 each way), and reach Cruz Bay on St. John in approximately 20 minutes.

Home to the Virgin Islands National Park, which makes up two thirds of the island, visitors to St. John can enjoy a jeep safari, go for a hike, visit the island’s specialty shops, or simply enjoy the world-renowned beaches of Trunk Bay, Cinnamon Bay and Salt Pond Bay.

THE ANNABERG RUINS
In its heyday, the Annaberg Plantation produced sugar, molasses and rum. Now, if you swing by this ruined (but partially restored) plantation and mill, you can learn about sugar production in the 18th and 19th centuries.

And depending on the day, participate in a demonstration on basket weaving or bread baking. Down the hill from Annaberg is Leinster Bay, a perfect spot for some impromptu beachcombing.

The Annaberg Historic District, which includes the plantation, is run by the Virgin Islands National Park service. The Cruz Bay Visitor Center is open from 8 am to 4:30 pm, and rangers lead tours throughout the day.

TRUNK BAY & VIRGIN ISLANDS NATIONAL PARK
Trunk Bay is considered one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. Known for its soft white sands and aquamarine waters, Trunk Bay is protected by the Virgin Islands National Park and features the Underwater Trail, a snorkeling path of coral and fish with underwater plaques that guide you along the way.

Trunk Bay’s water is calm enough for even young or inexperienced snorkelers. Admission to Trunk Bay is $4 per person and the park closes every day at 4 pm.

SHOP & DINE IN RED HOOK
For those slow-paced days when you just want to stroll around in the sunshine, head over to American Yacht Harbor and wander through an assortment of shops, restaurants, grocery stores and local vendors.

Conveniently located a few minutes away in the Red Hook area, you will find scenic views overlooking the harbor, quaint shops, and plenty of waterfront dining with multiple cuisines to please everyone in the group.

Whether you are stopping by for coffee and breakfast in the morning or an ice-cream cone while shopping in the afternoon, the harbor is an ideal setting for a relaxed day. This is also where you can take the ferry from St Thomas to the island of St John.

SAIL THE SEA AT SUNSET
Our Caribbean sunsets are something to be envied and you do not want to miss an opportunity to view them in the best way. A sunset cruise is the perfect way to wind down the day with a glass of champagne and tasty appetizers, ideal for a romantic evening or a memorable occasion for the whole family.

Soak up warm, tropical breezes and stunning views while leisurely sailing through the Caribbean Sea and watching the sun set below the surface. Keep your eyes peeled on the horizon though- if you are lucky you may get to see the famous green flash!

KAYAK THE MANGROVE LAGOON
One of St. Thomas’s hidden gems is the mangrove lagoon on the southside of the island. For those who love wildlife and the outdoors, kayaking through these waterways is something you’ll want to put at the top of your list.

Take a guided tour where you will paddle through the lagoon to the remote island of Cas Cay where you can stop and explore the tidal pools, rubble beaches, volcanic cliffs and even a geological blowhole. Afterwards, enjoy a picnic lunch right on shore and take a guided snorkel through the crystal-clear waters of the mangrove nursery before paddling back to the marina.

HORSEBACK RIDE ON THE BEACH 
Ever dreamed of riding off into the sunset on horseback? Then here is the perfect activity for you! Golden Age Ranch is a non-profit organization that rescues racehorses on island. These horses come mainly from our local track and are rehabilitated for riding tours.

You can choose from two different types of tours – trail riding or beach riding. Either one you choose is sure to be one of the most memorable parts of your vacation!

ISLAND HOPE TO ST. JOHN 
One of the best parts of the 3 Virgin Islands is how close they are to one another! The inter-island ferry terminal is located right in the heart of Redhook, which makes hopping over to our neighboring island of St. John a breeze.

St. John is home to the Virgin Islands National Park where you can explore secluded white-sand beaches, sugar plantation ruins, hiking trails and even ancient petroglyphs. Once arrived in St. John, getting around the island is easy.

There is plenty of shopping and dining conveniently located within walking distance of the ferry terminal, or for just a few dollars you can catch a ride on a Safari bus that will take straight to the beaches. If you are feeling really adventurous, you can rent a Jeep for the day and explore the whole island at your own pace!

CHARLOTTE AMALIE
As the largest city in the V.I. and the most visited cruise ship harbor in the Caribbean, Charlotte Amalie is a hub of activity and only eight miles from the resort. The picturesque town and harbor feature historic, Danish buildings that house local merchants offering everything from the finest jewelry, watches and artwork to cameras, china, crystal, alcohol and handcrafted items.

Visitors enjoy duty-free shopping, elegant dining, and exciting nightlife. Established as a Danish colony in 1672, history buffs can explore the storied past of Charlotte Amalie from the cobblestones of Main Street to the many museums, 17th century architecture, and array of designated historic landmarks.

CAS CAY & MANGROVE LAGOON
St. Thomas’ Mangrove Lagoon is an unspoiled region of clear-blue waterways lined by a forest of coral-fringed mangrove trees. Just off the coast is Cas Cay, a tiny, uninhabited island within kayaking distance from the marina.

Perfect for the adventure traveler seeking an off-the-grid experience, this 15-acre island comes complete with hiking trails, tidal pools, volcanic cliffs, and a rare geological blowhole. Visitors can rent kayaks, standup paddleboards, and snorkel gear from the Mangrove Lagoon location.

MAHOGANY RUN GOLF COURSE
Mahogany Run Golf Course is the island’s only 18-hole championship golf course and is located just 15 minutes from the resort. Golf Digest proclaimed the course an engineering marvel, as it had to be carved and blasted into an area of land less than 110 acres.

Designed by George and Tom Fazio, Mahogany Run culminates in the spectacular “Devil’s Triangle,” the world-renowned signature trio of the 13th, 14th and 15th holes on the Atlantic Ocean.

CORAL WORLD OCEAN PARK
Located adjacent to Coki Beach on the east end of St. Thomas, this 5-acre, kid-friendly attraction features an indoor-outdoor aquarium filled with Caribbean marine life.

Hands-on exhibits allow visitors to interact with rescued sea turtles, feed sea lions, swim with tropical fish, and experience the thrill of exploring a coral reef. You can also take the Sea Trek Helmet Dive on a guided walk along an underwater trail.

PHANTASEA TROPICAL BOTANICAL GARDEN
Phantasea is a serene tropical oasis filled with thousands of orchids, bromeliads, lilies, palms, and other native flora that bloom beneath a forested canopy of tropical trees.

This naturally air-conditioned eco-attraction is a must-see for nature lovers, and features winding pathways with benches, gazebos, and interpretative signs with plant names and other fun facts. Butterflies and hummingbirds fly throughout the garden, and parrots, tortoises, and peacocks live there, too.
