Our 700 m² signature villa invites our guests to immerse in lavishness and opulence. From the patio and its majestic fountain to the luxurious living room, the Selman Villa invites to relaxation and well-being.

SUPERIOR ROOM

ASSYL
Assyl restaurant offers a full of passion Moroccan cuisine. As Assyl means “of noble origin” and “authentic”, each dish on the menu is enhanced by our chef and takes every guest on a culinary and cultural journey.

Here, the Moroccan gastronomy is uncovered to reveal its pure authenticity and richness. The majestic decoration and the discretion of the service reinforce the greatness of the cuisine, worthy of the most beautiful Moroccan tables.

Moroccan gastronomy is made of flavours, spices and aromas, but above all, of passion, sharing and conviviality. À la carte, typical dishes blend with modern flavours, always with respect for traditions and local savoir-faire.

Assyl restaurant is a marvel for the eyes, as Jacques Garcia managed to recreate the atmosphere of a traditional Ottoman Palace.

Embroideries, gold leaf illuminations, carved wood, moucharaby: all of these elements of decoration were made by the best Moroccan craftsmen respecting ancestral practices. The fabrics and carpets are in perfect harmony with the owner’s private collection of Ottoman pieces.

On the edge of the majestic 80-meter-long pool, Assyl restaurant rises over the gardens: an exclusive invitation into the heart of a traditional Moroccan house.

LE SELMAN
From the richness of the decoration to the quality of the ingredients and dishes, each detail contributes to making of your dinner at Le Selman a flavourful experience.

Refined and cosy, Le Selman restaurant proposes a cuisine that is both relaxed and accessible, while offering a unique gastronomic experience. The products are sublimed in each of the dishes on the menu, and enhanced to bring out their original flavours, while delicately and harmoniously paired.

The quality of the meals has for equal that of the decoration, bearing the seal of Jacques Garcia. It is simultaneously sober and majestic, intimate and open to the outside.

LE PAVILLON
Take the time to savour a sunlit cuisine that celebrates flavours at Le Pavillon. Ideally located in the gardens of the property, it offers an exceptional view of the paddocks, and gives the chance for its guests to watch the Arabian thoroughbreds walk around in freedom. Le Pavillon opens on Sunday for its very famous brunch.

The menu of Le Pavillon is resolutely oriented on the flavours and tastes of Mediterranean cuisine. Fresh and flavourful, the dishes are perfect to enjoy a on a sunny day in the Ochre city.

The greenest of settings is located in the heart of our hotel’s gardens. Walk down a few steps to relax by the beautiful 80-metre long pool.

SUNDAY BRUNCH
Every Sunday, Selman Marrakech invites guests to join for our famous brunch at Le Pavillon, an enchanting break in the day where our guests can taste a Moroccan and International buffet and relax under the Moroccan sunlight.

The Bennani Smires family is driven by a real passion for this breed of horses. They are also breeding under the name of Selman Arabians, which has been voted in 2014 to be the best breeding of Arabian thoroughbreds in the Kingdom of Morocco.

Visiting the magnificent stables that were designed by Jacques Garcia will absolutely delight our guests. EQUESTRIAN EXPERIENCES
Selman Marrakech along with the School of Equestrian Arts of Marrakech proposes dressage activities, liberty experiences, as well as equestrian shows within the hotel gardens.

During their stay, guests will also have the chance to watch young artists train, as the hotel allows free access to the school to come and train young talents, eager to devote themselves to their passion.

EQUESTRIAN ARTS SCHOOL OF MARRAKECH
The School of Equestrian Arts of Marrakech was founded by the Royal Company for the Encouragement of the Horse in 2011, with a double focus: to diversify the uses of the berber and arab-berber breeds, emblematic horse of Morocco, and to train young Moroccans in disciplines of classical dressage, aerobatics and liberty.

The school provides excellent training and relies on renowned trainers, such as Carlos Pinto, Guenna Touaev Islamovitich, Jean-François Pinon and Khalil Reda.
