With a dedicated, highly knowledgeable and experienced team, the Stock Exchange Hotel is committed to curating unique experiences and quality service in an exquisite setting. The Manchester Stock Exchange was built between 1904 and 1906, on a design by “Bradshaw, Gass and Hope” and was opened ceremoniously on the 13th December 1906.
The exquisite example of Edwardian Baroque architecture was purpose built as a symbol of confidence in the future of a growing Manchester, which at the time was the 9th most populous city in the world. Stock Exchange Hotel pays homage to the rich history of the Grade II listed building, both in style and spirit.

THE NORFOLK SUITE COLLECTION
The Norfolk Suite Collection offers spacious and well-appointed accommodation, offering up to 55 square metres of substance and style. These suites offer a separate seating area to work or relax complemented by a private outdoor terrace. An en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, coupled with a range of luxurious amenities will ensure your comfort and convenience.
THE BOARDROOM SUITE
Formerly the Boardroom of the Manchester Stock Exchange. Accessible by a private staircase from the lobby, the Boardroom Suite boasts a number of meticulously restored original features, including; marble pillars, original wood panelling, an ornamental fireplace, and stained-glass windows.
Ideal for entertaining, the magnificent space provides a large open-plan lounge, a dining room for up to eight people and a bar area. A spacious bedroom, dressing area, and a large en-suite bathroom with a steam shower and free-standing bathtub provide the perfect setting for rest and rejuvenation.
THE HOUSE
With its own roof terrace offering views over and across the Manchester skyline, The House is a unique penthouse residence, boasting superlative attention to detail, extensive amenities and spacious facilities.
Spread over a substantial 346 square metres, The House provides everything one could need for both short and long term residency, including three meticulously designed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The open-plan design of this exquisite top floor residence includes a kitchen, two separate lounge areas, a bar, and an expansive dining room.
DINING AT STOCK EXCHANGE
The trio behind Manchester bars SCHOFIELD’S BAR, ATOMECA and STERLING are launching The Stock Market Grill which will take over the former Bull & Bear site in February 2023. Whilst in January the restaurant will be closed for dinner, you can still enjoy a full breakfast menu, along with drinks and snacks at the bar.
