TASTE OF THE LOCAL ENVIRONMENT
At The Beige, we combine traditional Khmer regional cuisine with original dishes of our own. Adopting ingredients like baby rice and wild honey, traditional cuisine gives way to new dining experiences. We insist on all-organic ingredients to ensure delicious, healthful, and safe meals.
THE FARM
Much of the food we serve is grown on our own farm. We believe that the safest, freshest ingredients are those cultivated using natural methods, in contact with as few chemicals as possible. This is a great source of pride in our cuisine.
FLOATING FOREST POOL
In our infinity pool suspended five meters above the ground, you can enjoy a view cut from forest and sky. Here, swimming feels like flying. Nothing can remind you of your place in the natural world like a swim as the sun sets through the trees.
THE SPA
The BEIGE’s spa is located in Angkor Thom, richly surrounded by the forest. If you pay attention to, you listen to birds’ songs. The spa facility is just in nature. The BEIGE’s spa, surrounded by the soft tents, leads you to relax mentally and physically.
