Guest accommodation comprises 45 private stilted villas all equipped with A/C − 25 with private terrace, and 20 with private plunge pool − whose architectural design has been inspired by traditional Khmer wooden housing.
TERRACE VILLAS
25 spacious stilted villas of 60 sqm interior with a 20 sqm terrace deck. They include a king size bed and sofa bed, and can accommodate up to 2 adults, 1 child up to 16 years and 1 infant in an extra bed.
All Terrace Villas are built on stilts, air-conditioned and enjoy views of the lush vegetation, rice fields and garden area of the resort. Inspired by traditional Khmer wooden housing, both exterior and interior have been designed, sculpted and furnished to create an authentic, yet luxurious, Cambodian experience.
POOL VILLAS
20 spacious stilted villas of 72 sqm interior with private plunge pool and spacious garden. The accommodation includes one kingsize bed and a sofa bed, making it perfect for families. It is possible to add one more extra bed, to fit up to 2 adults and 2 children up to 16 years.
All Pool Villas are air-conditioned and have beautiful private gardens including a private plunge pool, sun loungers, day bed and dining table. Inspired by traditional Khmer wooden housing, both exterior and interior have been designed, sculpted and furnished to create an authentic, yet luxurious, Cambodian experience.
BAY PHSAR
With views over the surrounding rice paddies and gardens, locally inspired Bay Phsar promises an array of vibrant Cambodian flavours created using local ingredients (the rice accompanying our cuisine comes straight from the surrounding paddies). HANG BAY

POOL BAR
Adjacent to our 50-metre outdoor infinity pool, the Pool Bar offers a stunning open-air setting with magnificent views. Guests can enjoy a light meal or refreshing homemade juices while soaking up the Cambodian sun.
THE SUNSET LOUNGE
Vibrant blend of spirits, cigars and exotic atmosphere. The Sunset Lounge pays homage to Cambodia’s colonial history in a century-old farmhouse, furnished with rattan wing chairs and oriental carpets.
In addition to the extensive drinks menu and the great cocktails, there are fine wines, vintage liqueurs, and premium cigars for smoking on the terrace. The Sunset Lounge is probably the best spot to admire the sunset at Zannier Hotels Phum Baitang.
