AYUTTHAYA MENU
This class is focused on key cooking ingredients that were brought over by the Portuguese, Indian, Persian and Chinese cultures. Most are used in today’s Thai cuisine such as coconut milk, chilly and shrimp paste.
RATTANAKOSIN MENU
Focus on the strong Chinese influence over Thai food during the “Sukhothai” era. As trade evolved, Thai cuisine was transformed with the introduction of woks, stir-frying, frying and sources of starch such as noodles.
SUKHOTHAI MENU
This menu contains traditional Thai cooking methods used during the Suhkothai era, which are steaming, boiling, grilling and salad-making.
SOUTHERN THAI MENU
