The Tuscany Resort’s condo-style suites boast 2,000 square feet of living space. Master bedrooms with king beds overlook Grace Bay and have well-appointed master bathroom suites. Additional bedrooms consist of a Queen and a Set of Twins, with ensuite bathrooms.
Fully equipped kitchens with state of the art stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, travertine marble flooring throughout the condo, laundry rooms, open concept dining and living spaces with beautiful furnishings, accessories and linens.

Indulge in the tranquility of our (5ft deep and 70ft long), comfortably heated, courtyard-style swimming pool with jet tub. Our spacious pool deck is located alongside the resort building and is open daily from 9 am to 5 pm with poolside beverage service.

Our beach chairs and parasols are complimentary and provide protection from the sun while you enjoy our idyllic beachfront. We also provide complimentary skincare products and personal wait staff.
Tennis Court
Our professional tennis court is open daily until 9 pm, with night-time play possible on well-lit courts. Complimentary tennis racquets are available on request. The Tuscany also offers tennis lessons. Select from a range of exciting programs, including cardio workouts, junior tennis and round-robin social tournaments.
