The Yard Milan

Our designers have customized every Aethos Suite with a unique selection of upholstery, linens, vintage furniture and décor. Aethos Suites are up to 70m2 and feature a king-size bed and spacious living room. Most Aethos Suites also have a balcony overlooking Milan.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a rainfall shower, a range of “Under Your Skin” beauty products, two robes and a hairdryer. A luggage rack, minibar, a flat-screen TV and safety box are also included. All Aethos Suites come with free Wi-Fi.

SUITE
Our Suites are each one of a kind in their own right: each suite is decorated with refined materials, elegant upholstery and high quality furnishings. With up to 70m2 our Suites feature a king-size bed and a sizable living room with plenty of room to rest and lounge. Most Suites have a seizable balcony.

In the spacious bathroom, you’ll find a range of “Under Your Skin” beauty products, two robes and a hairdryer. Bespoke furniture, with luggage rack, minibar with a selection of homemade cocktails, a flatscreen TV and safety box are also included. All Suites come with free Wi-Fi.

JUNIOR SUITE
Our Junior Suites offer guests a little more space. They all feature a large double bed and rainfall shower, and most have a private balcony. Each Junior Suite sports an original design with vintage furniture and a comfortable workspace.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a range of “Under Your Skin” beauty products, two robes and a hairdryer. A luggage rack, minibar, flat-screen TV and safety box are also included. All Junior Suites come with free Wi-Fi.

THE LOFT 
The Loft is the height of city living. Our 120m2 penthouse features a wrap-around balcony, a terrace for private parties and a private roof deck with views of Porta Ticinese. The Loft can easily accommodate up to four people with two master bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room.

It also has two bathrooms with TK; a library with art and design books; and a walk-in closet. A luggage rack, a flat-screen TV, a safety box and free Wi-Fi are also included.

THE BAND SUITE
The Band Suite includes all the amenities of an Aethos Suite, including a king-size bed, a private balcony and a spacious living room, and also adds a second bedroom, a relaxing lounge area and an extensive collection of art and design books.

DINING
The most memorable meals in Italy begin with the best ingredients. The chefs at Aethos Kitchen have hand-picked vegetables, pastas, meats, legumes, and cheeses from their favorite regional farms and suppliers.

In the kitchen, they experiment with modern techniques so that every dish sings with the flavors of Italy and evokes the rich culinary history of Milan.

THE DOPING BAR
Our bartenders have trained throughout Europe and bring a variety of flavors and techniques to Milan, the birthplace of the Aperitivo.

At The Doping Bar, you can settle in with a classic Negroni – or kick things off with our modern reinvention, which replaces gin with mezcal and matures in an oak barrel before topping off your glass.

The menu at The Doping Bar is always changing to reflect our bartenders’ experiments with herbs, botanicals and homemade spirits. Tell them what you like and how you’re feeling and they’ll craft something on the spot to match your mood.

EVENTS
Over the next few months we’ll be adding a gym, spa area and more places to relax and work all day which is why we’re currently running a reduced program.

From cocktail parties to gala dinners – there are lots of options for hosting your private party or event. Our covered terrace, restaurant and cocktail bar can be adapted and combined for any kind of party or meeting, whether it’s a wedding or a company off-site.

The covered terrace makes for memorable cocktail parties even in autumn and winter, while Aethos Kitchen can seat up to 80 people at a full-service gala dinner.

Larger parties can claim the Doping Club, which has several different rooms and its own terrace. Together all three spaces can accommodate as many as 400 people.

We can also set up our suites with private bars and other amenities for cozy celebrations, conferences, one-on-one meetings and product launches.

AETHOS CLUB
Aethos Club is a private members club built around the shared spirit & ideal that connects our global community. Created to evoke the feeling of visiting the home of a very good friend, Aethos Milan is part soulful culinary destination, part boutique hotel and private members club.

We are excited to be able to offer a first glimpse into our community based club in Milan and extend to all, the invitation to become a “Friend of Aethos” whilst we develop the amazing property formerly known as “The Yard”.
