THE PENTHOUSE
The penthouse is our premier second floor luxury suite overlooking our peaceful courtyard and offers direct access to our infinity edge lap pool. This 1500 s.f. suite features a chef’s kitchen, an elegant dining table with seating for 8, a spacious living room, and a guest half Bath.
The open living area has two sets of French Doors opening to a private terrace with 2 Club Chairs and table. The separate Master Bedroom with its one king sized heavenly bed has a over sized en-suite Bathroom with freestanding Slipper Bathtub and large walk-in Signature Phone Booth Shower with rainhead and walk in closet.
THE TERRACE
A light, open space featuring a King sized Heavenly bed, and a bathroom with Large Walk In Signature Phone Booth shower. This room opened in October 2019 on the second floor and offers a light and airy space with Entry patio seating
THE LOFT
A light, open space featuring vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, the loft offers one king bed in a separate upstairs loft space accessed from a unique industrial staircase, a chef’s kitchen with soapstone island, dining room with seating for 6, a spacious living room with queen sleeper sofa, and one bathroom with Claw Foot Bath Tub and open tiled walk-in Rain head Shower. The loft is in a prime location overlooking the beautiful courtyard and direct access to our “Secret Garden”.
THE GARDEN
This guest room is a great fit for 1-2 guests with one king bed, one bathroom with large walk-in signature Phone Booth Shower, with direct access to our Secret Garden. It features extra high ceilings, a courtyard entrance and is tucked away at the far end of the property for a secluded and peaceful experience.

We are pleased to have on property Virtu Honest Craft featuring a menu prepared by acclaimed chef Gio Osso. Virtu is ranked with Esquire Magazine and Chef Gio is a James Beard Award nominee. With only a few steps from your room, you can have an amazing culinary experience.

Take over the entire Inn. An ideal location for a group retreat, girls get-a-way or corporate meeting. The Penthouse and Loft can provide the perfect place for your wedding party to get ready for the big day and the wedding couple to return for a romantic honeymoon!
Our guest services can provide any level of service and amenities including private chef and concierge. The two levels with ten guest rooms, each with an en-suite bath, can accommodate up to 28 guests.
The Penthouse encompasses the entire second level. Here, French doors from the dining, living and master bedroom all open to the wrap-around balcony where an outdoor fireplace with seating is perfect for an evening of cocktails and entertaining. The balcony’s 43-foot, heated, infinity edge pool overlooks the lush courtyard below where olive trees provide shade.
