Once upon a time there was an old farm owned by the Maffei family, like an ancient tree that has taken root at the foot of the mountains since 1899. In 1969 Giovanni Maffei with his sons Giacomino and Mauro restructured the old farm and transformed it into a ‘intimate Pension with 14 rooms.
The precious heritage of traditional values such as cordiality, hospitality, simplicity and love for nature, have allowed our parents Giacomino and Edda and us Barbara and Marcella, to realize our dream: in 1999 the small pension becomes a luxury hotel in Campiglio and the first Bio Hotel in Trentino.

The result of an in-depth study by Barbara Maffei in the final thesis at the Academy of Commerce and Tourism of Trento in 1996: “Wellness at altitude”.
