The history of DER ALPBACHERIN began in the former Angelika house. Some time ago, in the middle of Alpbach, at house number 405, stood the small bed and breakfast “Haus Angelika”. Georg and Lisa ran them with a lot of love. The success proved you right and so the desire for a new place for more guests was born.

A dream came true. Together with daughter Valentina and her boyfriend Thomas, plans, dreams and wishes have been made for the Alpbach native for months and now the time has come. In December 2019 the doors of the new family business will be opened.

From the former bed and breakfast, DIE ALPBACHERIN now shines with 54 rooms and suites, infinity pool, spa and sauna area, exclusive restaurant and a lot of comfort, a family-run hotel on a 4-star level.

The architecture is based on the rural building style of Alpbach, the materials used are local and the craftsmen who carry them out also come from the region. A family with a sense of values, original love and a lot of dreams can now introduce themselves.

ROOMS & SUITES
A guarantee of well- being in its very own way. The rooms and suites (family suite on request) at the Alpbacherin are designed for 2 to a maximum of 6 people and are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds and elegant oak floors.

The boutique rooms, which overlook the balcony or terrace , are also made of local wood and finished with many natural materials, such as granite washbasins in the bathrooms.

All guests have access to the Alpbacherin Infinity Pool, the saunasand all other lovely extras in the house, such as booking treatments in the cosmetics and massage department. All prices include a varied Alpbacherin breakfast buffet – regional, rich, the Alpbacherin Marenten in the afternoon (soup, homemade bread) and the special Alpbacherin evening menu.

DINING
In addition to a daily 6-course menu in the evening and a rich breakfast buffet in the morning, we pay great attention to the products from our Alpbach farm. Eggs, pasta and milk come from our own production.

Of course we take food intolerances, vegetarian wishes or vegan requests into account. We create our own children’s meals for our little robbers. For Christmas and New Year’s Eve we create a festive Alpbacherin creative menu.

Our own farm. Know where it comes from. know what is good. More and more people are striving for a conscious lifestyle, value healthy nutrition and use products from sustainable cultivation in particular. The woman from Alpbach takes up this topic and combines it with a clear commitment to sustainability.

With its own agriculture, some of which can even be experienced by the guest, a fine range of healthy and sustainably grown food is integrated in the long term. Knowing where it comes from: This principle is always a matter of the heart for our family.

The vegetable fields are not far from the hotel. Seasonal and regional fruit and vegetables as well as fresh herbs are grown here: blueberries, strawberries, various salads (cellar lettuce, iceberg, lamb’s lettuce, lettuce…), potatoes, zucchini, pumpkin, cabbage, tomatoes, peppers, pepperoni, savoy cabbage, leeks , onions, shallots, beans, pak choi, kohlrabi over numerous spices. Our cows and the keeping of happy chickens that lay green eggs complete the holistic concept.

FITNESS
Give value to time. This happens all by itself in our Alpbacherin feel-good area. Water, tea and fresh fruit for the little hunger in between are already available. This time belongs only to you.

MASSAGGES & TREATMENTS
We are pleased that you are our guest and that we can offer you a nice time. Enjoy your casual time in the SPA area lovingly furnished for you. HIKING
Quaint alpine pastures, breathtaking peaks and unique natural spectacles – the Alpbachtal reveals all this and more to explorers of all ages. Great hiking tours for experienced mountaineers and those who want to become one.

You start your hiking tour directly from the hotel. Embark on a tour of discovery through the picturesque landscape of the Alpbachtal. Enjoy incomparable views, unique natural spectacles and a traditional hut snack.

From May to November, hikers always get their money’s worth with us. The numerous tours in the Alpbachtal are the right thing for beginners as well as for experienced mountain experts. The Alpbachtal can offer everything from a leisurely discovery tour through Alpbach to an adventure hike with a summit victory.

BIKING
Cycling in the Alpbachtal – as diverse as our nature: Over 20 official mountain bike tours, 5 racing bike tours (asphalted), Inn Cycle Path and Zillertal Cycle Path as well as 2 stages of the BIKE TRAIL TIROL and the Bikeschaukel Tirol, all of this is only available here in the Alpbachtal.

Long distances or steep mountain climbs are no longer an obstacle with the electric bike. At up to 25 km/h you can explore the Alpbach mountains or the surrounding regions in a relaxed manner. With the e-bike, your bike tour knows no limits.

Start your e-bike tour directly at the Alpbacherin. You can rent one of our modern e-bikes directly at the hotel. Our receptionists will show you great tours and places to stop in and around Alpbach.

SKIING
Piste fans big and small can have their very own winter fun with us. For our little racers we have a button lift (drag lift) directly behind the house. And approx. 2.5 km away you can easily reach the Skijuwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau with our free ski bus (bus stop also behind the house).

Our guests board the free ski bus behind the house, which takes them directly to the Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau, about 2.5 km away. From the beginning of December to April, ski fans will get their money’s worth here.

All from a single source. Our guests can easily book and pay for their ski course through us. In addition to detailed skiing services (you will find them here soon), you can of course also rent ski boots, ski poles, skis, toboggans, snowshoes and cross-country skiing equipment

The Alpbachtal offers numerous alternatives to the classic skiing holiday. The passionate cross-country skier is just as right with us as the adrenaline-seeking tobogganer. A speedy toboggan ride is always popular. With seven toboggan runs, the Alpbachtal has curves to suit every taste. And after the tobogganing fun there is pure hut magic!

With the toboggan down into the valley. To the rustic Faulbaumgartenalm in the Luegergraben in Inneralpbach, where there are usually good snow conditions. The longest toboggan run in the Alpbachtal leads from the Reither Kogel via the Panoramaweg to Reith im Alpbachtal. And in Münster, the Hauserwirt offers free toboggan rental thanks to the Alpbachtal Card.
